Photography, like any image, bears the imprint of the energy of what is depicted on it - people or objects. Therefore, it is not surprising that so many mystical stories are associated with them, as well as signs of superstition.

Photo ghosts

There are a lot of pictures on the Internet in which ghosts or something similar to them are captured next to people or inanimate objects.

So, on November 5 last year, 26-year-old Natasha Boden from the English city of Blackpool (Lancashire County) was suddenly attacked by ambulances, who announced that they had arrived … for a corpse. After Natasha explained to them that nobody died in her house, they left. Some time later, the young woman decided to take a photo to post her selfies with her hair dyed in a new color on the social network. But in the pictures she took, a translucent pale face with empty eyes suddenly appeared, looming near Natasha's right shoulder …

The woman immediately took her two-year-old daughter Dolly and moved to a hotel. From there, she called her boyfriend Mark and asked him to bring the necessary things from her house. When Mark arrived there, from the second floor came the creak of floorboards, as if someone was walking there.

Texas resident Marcella Davis once went for a walk with her nephew. While the boy was playing on the playground, his aunt took several pictures as a souvenir. When she immediately decided to look at them, she found in one of the frames a blurred silhouette, reminiscent of a man dressed in a white suit and black shirt. He stood behind the fence of the sports ground and seemed to be watching the guys playing on it … However, when Marcella looked in the direction where the stranger was supposed to be, she did not see anyone.

All of Marcella's acquaintances, whom she later showed the picture to, believed that this was most likely really some otherworldly entity. But what was the ghost doing near the sports ground?

Photo safety rules

And photography can also affect those who are captured in it. So, parapsychologists advise you to be careful when posting your pictures, and especially pictures of your children, on social networks. You can become victims of energy vampires who will "drain" life energy from you just by looking at the photo. The evil eye or damage guidance is also not excluded. And if someone, looking at your picture, simply wishes you ill, this can affect your health and well-being.

If we are talking about paper photographs, then avoid giving or simply giving them into the hands of people who may be unfriendly towards you or those whom you do not know very well. Never tear or throw away your pictures or pictures of loved ones, even if they seem unsuccessful to you or you simply do not want to keep them at home for some reason … Damage to a photograph can lead to a leak of vitality, illness or even death. It's better to just remove such pictures from your eyes!

Who and what shouldn't be photographed?

There are circumstances under which you cannot take pictures of yourself or your loved ones and friends.

For example, it is believed that you cannot take pictures of couples in love until they are married - otherwise they will part. It is also not recommended for friends to take pictures on the bridge - friendship will fall apart.

You should not photograph yourself or someone else's reflection in the mirror. The mirror in many cultures is associated with the world of spirits. Such a photo will bear the imprint of the otherworldly reality, and it is not known how it will come back to haunt. There were times when the image in the pictures began to change, or the one who was photographed in the mirror walked off the portrait at night and began to live his life - of course, in the form of a ghost.

You cannot be photographed against the background of ruins or abandoned houses. Typically, such places have a heavy energy that can negatively affect your life. As a result, you will be haunted by failures, accidents … Besides, ghosts often appear on such photos. At least try not to put such a picture in plain sight and not post it on the Internet.

You cannot take pictures of sleeping people. First of all, we are talking about small children, since they have not yet formed a protective aura. Photography blurs the boundaries between our world and the other world, therefore, through such a picture, various entities, not always friendly to us, can penetrate into our world, parapsychologists say. This also applies to adults. A sleeping person is too vulnerable to any "evil", and after photographing it will not be easy for him to "get rid of" at all.

It is forbidden to photograph the dead. Once upon a time, photographs of the dead were in great fashion. The deceased was dressed, made up, seated in an armchair and photographed for memory, often next to living people, especially children. Later this tradition became a thing of the past, but people continued to take pictures of loved ones in the coffin and during the funeral. It is not surprising that soon someone in the family followed the deceased …

It is also believed that if you take a photo of the deceased, then his soul will dwell in the place where the photographs were taken or where they lie. Ghosts or poltergeists may appear in the house. If such pictures already exist, then at least keep them separate from others that show live ones.

Finally, you shouldn't take pictures of black cats! We know it's a bad omen if a black cat crosses your path. After all, such cats are closely related to the other world. It's the same with photographs. By taking such a picture, you will invoke unknown entities into your life. And it is not known what they will do … Therefore, it is not worth the risk.
