There is a feeling that the proximity to the goal was just an illusion, and the ordinary dullness in which a person is used to stewing is reality, a harsh, serious reality.

One of the secrets of achieving our goals is being active: the more actively we move, the more strength we have! Conversely, if you lead a passive lifestyle, the body loses its tone, the body becomes sluggish, the mind becomes apathetic. We receive as much energy as necessary to support our own activities. If there is no activity, why do we need extra energy? To get energy, you need to move! Nature gives us exactly as much energy as is necessary for our way of life. Therefore, you should not wait for the strength to come. Start moving - and the strength will appear! Do not delay achieving your goal, start moving now!

However, if the motivation for activity is based only on emotions, it is quickly depleted, therefore, motivation at the level of mental understanding of what and why we are doing is also very important. When there are real reasons for achieving a goal, then there is no problem with action. Whenever the mind tends to drift away, remember the key reasons, which include motivation.

If, for example, a decision was made to run in the morning, but you feel lazy, at this time it may seem that the motivation to become strong and healthy is meeting the opposition of the body. But if you clearly remember your own real goals, for the achievement of which you need to run in the morning, the motivation of activity will manifest itself in full force, and then you will not have to force yourself. Take the first step, and when energy begins to flow into the body, you will simply jump from the place of the desire to change your life!

If the mind slips the arguments in favor of not doing what was planned, try to weigh them soberly, to understand where the choice leads, what the result of the activity will be. Does it lead to the achievement of goals? However, clarity of mind is really important here, so as not to deceive yourself. If, for example, the mind has decided that it is time to become the main manager, and deep down there is resistance, you should pay attention to it, release it and see what thoughts it will result in. Perhaps these thoughts will provide even more motivation for the activity, but the goals may undergo transformation.

Sometimes we subtly realize that we have missed some important opportunity when we are led by the superficial desires of the mind. The sooner these mental data appear, the less time will be lost in someone else's place. Indeed, sometimes we are simply afraid of our true desires, and choose an easy, but “false” path. Sometimes, deep down, we choose to think that we are unworthy of achieving our own goals. To be, or not to be worthy of anything, is one continuous convention. In the end, everyone deserves exactly the life they lead on their way. If we, not possessing any great knowledge, achieve significant goals, then this is what we deserve.

Small targets do not give strength, do not give enough energy. Sometimes, in order to find a truly powerful motivation for action, an ambitious goal is the only option. The larger the goal, the more powerful the motivation, and the stronger our personality becomes in the course of its implementation.

If there is a feeling that the goal is “too daring”, and you are “not ready” yet, it means that in order to achieve this goal, life will release such an amount of energy that you are simply not used to. Take this energy boldly - this is your strength, your dreams, your life!
