Quite often, scientists can hear accusations of incompetence, when someone, despite the universal blind faith in the text of textbooks or in the unfounded statements of "authorities" begins to independently try to figure out some area of universal human knowledge and find there serious "flaws" and " shoals”of those who wrote textbooks for general use. True, such accusations do not in the least prevent the members of the pseudoscientific commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences from hanging various "labels" on those areas of knowledge in which they themselves are absolutely incompetent and do not have the appropriate diplomas.

Although, it seems to me, the decisive factor in defining the concept of “incompetence” should not be the presence of a diploma, but the presence of real experiments and experiments, or, for example, archival research, expeditions or research, including virtual ones. And as practice shows, in matters of esotericism that go beyond physical reality, the vast majority of scientists are absolutely incompetent. And it is for this reason that they have no moral right to give any conclusions and unfounded statements, if they have not carried out real research in this area.

The same opinion is shared by the Russian writer S. Robaten, who in his book "Progress - a spiral of development or a vicious circle" writes:

Personally, I believe that there should be no blind faith in "authorities" at all, even with regard to the physical aspects of reality as well. Moreover, the very history of science and technology development gives us many examples of delusions that were considered "the ultimate truth" only because they were expressed by these very "authorities". But practice has completely refuted these "truths". Because, fortunately, at all times there were "ignoramuses" who did not know anything about these false "truths" and simply did their job, creating aircraft heavier than air, ships of metal, railways with smooth rails, and much more that was “forbidden” by the scientific “authorities” of that time. So draw your own conclusions from all this. Especially if you are really interested in knowledge and not fanatical blind faith.
