The Bible says that God created the world in 6 days. But what are these days? The Hebrew word "yom" can mean both a day and a long period of time: an era, an era. Let's say in Psalm 89 one day is equated to a thousand years. Jesus Christ in the “Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven” from the Apostle Jude, answering the question of the Pharisees, said: “You are of little faith, you want to test Me, do I know about the days of His Father? So know that the Day of God is equal to the time when the Sun will complete its path three times. But these are not your three days. " That is, Jesus is talking about the movement of the Sun not in the sky, but around the center of the galaxy.
According to the calculations of scientists, the period of the Sun's revolution is 250 million years, i.e. it turns out the Day of God = 750 million years (250 * 3). And six days during which God (more precisely, "Elohim" - Gods) created the world = 4.5 billion years.
