An international forum of the EAEU countries called "The Digital Future of the Global Economy" was launched in Almaty today, the main event of which was the speech of the new Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The event perfectly reflects the essence of the plans facing the global "digital evangelists", whose agenda in our country and in the EAEU space is rapidly going to be implemented by Mr. Mishustin and his team. We propose to analyze the speech of the prime minister at the plenary session "Building a sustainable region based on data and artificial intelligence."

In the introductory part of his speech, the prime minister repeated the stereotyped set of theses of the transhumanist foresight about the disappearance of dozens, hundreds of existing professions and the displacement of humans from all these spheres of activity by artificial intelligence. We talked about why this process is spurred artificially and about its consequences in the article "Digital Economy without a Man: Who Needs a Brave New World" Created by Robots for Robots?"

Mishustin, virtually unchanged, repeats the thesis of the spiritual leader of the sect of transhumanists - yoga Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, who "shone" with revelations at SPIEF-2018, where he was invited by the bankster German Gref, who had undergone a "brain transformation". "Many of the structures that humanity has created - religions, countries, companies - will collapse - and this is very good," Sadhguru said at the St. Petersburg forum as an authoritative predictor. In fact, this is not a forecast at all, but part of a carefully thought-out plan of the "owners of money" to establish a global totalitarian electronic state with a single world government. You have to be blind not to notice the stages of the implementation of this plan. Globalists are actively solving their problems outside the EAEU countries - at the G20 level,as evidenced by the adoption by the leaders of the world's leading countries of a joint declaration on the digital economy at the G20 summit in Osaka in July 2019. The main thesis of the declaration, which was signed by all world leaders, as well as representatives of Spain, Chile, the Netherlands, Senegal, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, is the open cross-border transfer of personal data, the creation of "smart cities", "regulatory sandboxes" (zones of digital experts, where they are not limited by the legislation of a particular state) - and all this is supposedly in the interests of the "sustainable development" of society. All these mantras and neologisms of “digital evangelists” were repeatedly used by Mishustin during his speech. The Netherlands, Senegal, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam - an open cross-border transfer of personal data, the creation of "smart cities", "regulatory sandboxes" (zones of digital experts' experiments, where they are not limited by the legislation of a particular state) - and all this allegedly in the interests of "sustainable development" society. The "Unified State Digital Platform", which the prime minister was broadcasting about, is the National Data Management System (SIS LMS)) LMS is designed to link together all the information available in information systems and state registers about citizens, legal entities, and the movement of goods and services. The system will unite in one place more than 800 categories of human data and will be regularly updated. We talked in detail about the concept of the LAMS presented by the ANO Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation back in November 2018, as well as the draft law designed to legitimize it, which was approved by the business community and ANO Digital Economy under the Government in the summer of 2018 - see the material "The government approved the draft law on the national platform, merging together 800 types of personal data of Russians." This national platform is designed to cover literally every human action, and also use the "best world practices" of India (cash limitation, identification of people by personal code), China (personal social "trust rating" for the population, re-education of the unwanted in the camps, total biometric control), Singapore (defeat in the rights of "socially unreliable" up to the ban on having children), Estonia (the first digital mini-state with biopassports), etc. Not a single developed country has agreed to merge absolutely all information about the population into one "basket" - for reasons of inadmissibility of dictatorship and threat to national security. But it was decided to make Russia the field of the most daring social digital experiments.re-education of the unwanted in the camps, total biometric control), Singapore (defeat in the rights of "socially unreliable" up to the ban on having children), Estonia (the first digital mini-state with biopassports), etc. Not a single developed country has agreed to merge absolutely all information about the population into one "basket" - for reasons of inadmissibility of dictatorship and threat to national security. The global competition that Mishustin is talking about is just a myth and a lure for those who are not in the subject. All ID-cards (biopassports) of states have a universal single standard, like bank cards. 5G networks are also being implemented according to the patterns of single developers. Global unified laws, adopted simultaneously in all countries of the planet, in fact destroy national sovereignty and abolish the legal rights of citizens guaranteed by local Constitutions. In Russia, there are many similar laws already adopted and documents under consideration: about biometric identification and the Unified Biometric System, about SNILS, about a citizen's “digital profile”, about a unified population register, about identity documents (electronic passport), etc. All of them grossly violate the legal right of citizens to privacy, to free exchange of information, the right to be serviced by the state in a traditional format (without digitization of the person and automated processing of personal data),

Another striking touch to what we talked about above. The labeling of goods, which will soon cover all categories in the Russian Federation, is not only the enrichment of the near-Kremlin oligarchs, but also another decisive step towards total accounting and control of all operations so that no one outside the system under construction “could not buy and sell anything” - in the literal sense of the word.

We note once again that the very definition of "global competition" sounds absurd. Digitizers all over the planet have a common agenda, uniform standards for data transfer and identification, and common goals. Which, in fact, confirms Mishustin's thesis about the need to create a joint digital platform within the EAEU. A platform that will monitor the entire population through digital identity.

Under the "threat of disintegration" the executors of the will of the globalists mean the sovereign economic development of the state - without regard to the manuals of "respected partners". Here is such a substitution of concepts - we must protect our data, and therefore - it is necessary to establish a trusting interstate environment. Naturally, there is no need to talk about serious data protection in such conditions - a cross-border exchange of them is proposed, and not any protection.

Finally, Mishustin deigned to tell part of the truth without unnecessary guile. The post-Soviet space, which Russia is transforming into a platform for a global electronic state, still lacks its own software, hardware and even its own digital security system! And while we are, as it were, with one foot in the global electronic paradise, according to the same Mishustin. In the "paradise" that the same "esteemed partners" from Silicon Valley, Stanford and Yale Universities, the World Bank and a couple of dozen other global supranational structures are building for us. Here's another refutation of the tales of competition and a direct hint of who is conducting the process.

We hope you have already understood that the main challenge of digitalization is digitalization itself. Everything suggests that Mishustin came to Alma-Ata not to compete with the EAEU countries and not to protect national interests, but to lobby for the introduction of an electronic concentration camp throughout the post-Soviet space. Incidentally, Kazakhstan was not chosen for this global summit by chance. Last year, the leader of this state paid an official visit to China for the first time, after which he "suddenly" fired up the idea of full robotization and the introduction of artificial intelligence with biometric control in his country, having signed an agreement with the PRC government to provide Kazakhstan with a supercomputer that will actually control the population of Kazakhstan. Moreover, the experience of managing the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was taken as a basis, where the entire territory of cities is divided into sectors with different levels of access depending on the category of the citizen, recorded in the chip of his ID, and in the biometric database of persons. Even liberal journalists directly call the regime established in the region digital fascism.
