Valentina carefully preserves the miraculous image of the Mother of God. A 70-year-old resident of Samara found the shrine in the forest and found an icon that works miracles

Valentina Kerova found the miraculous icon of the Mother of God in the forest - after the prayers, the ancient image was renewed by itself and pacified.

70-year-old Valentina left her native Samara on a pilgrimage to the holy places. When the engine stopped near the village of Zelenovka, the driver asked the passengers to take a walk. Valentina went deep into the birch forest, wanted to step over, as it seemed to her, a piece of wood and … froze, as if paralyzed - her legs suddenly gave up!

“On the grass lay an old icon with the face of the Mother of God, covered with a thick layer of soot,” says Valentina. - Where is the icon in the forest? What is this, a sign of God?..

Already on the road, the icon began to renew itself, and at home, after many prayers in front of it, it completely shone and became peaceful! The woman took the icon to the temple of the Holy Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon.

In the forest, at the place where the miraculous icon was found, the believers erected a large wooden cross.

And Valentina's six more icons were pacified. She herself explains this by the fact that there were many true believers in her family - her great-grandfather from her mother's side served as a priest, and her great-aunt was a nun.
