Foul language as an obstacle to a person's path to success.

What does it take to be successful?

Psychologists say that to be successful you need to:

- to be healthy;

- be honest (honesty inspires confidence);

- be disciplined;

- be able to get along and negotiate with people;

- to love what you do …

And it turns out that this list contains correct and competent speech.

It is foul language that can become an obstacle to a person's path to success and even destroy his life.

Many famous people have spoken about the power of words and foul language.

What is bad language - a bad habit or a vice?

According to V. Dahl's dictionary, “filth is an abomination, filth, filth, everything vile, disgusting, disgusting … uncleanness, filth and rot, decay … lewdness, debauchery, moral corruption; everything that is disgusting."

“The Russian language is great and mighty,” we read in our books. And what kind of speech do we hear around: on the street, at school, from TV screens?

If in the twentieth century foul language was mainly the specific language of criminals and other degraded persons, now everything has changed radically. Some young people "express themselves" in the presence of girls, and sometimes girls are not offended. And in purely girlish companies, the use of unprintable words has become more common. The profanity has spread to almost all ages. Researchers admit that foul language in modern Russia has become an epidemic.

The penetration of obscene speech into our life speaks of the general level of the decline in the morality of society. The words of the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates that "the moral qualities of a person can be recognized by his speech" are relevant today more than ever.

Do you think Russians always used foul language, is this our tradition?

Let's look into the past. The policy pursued by the state is the prohibition of abuse.

Anyone who believes that they swore in Russia, especially in the villages, almost at all times, is deeply mistaken. Just in the old days, people clearly realized that foul language is a grave sin before God and before other people. For addiction to abuse, they were punished, and very severely.

Under Tsars Mikhail Fedorovich and Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov, corporal punishment was imposed for profanity: in the markets and on the streets, disguised officials with archers walked, seized swearing and right there, at the scene of the crime, in front of all honest people, they flogged with rods for general edification.

At the time of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich, it was simply impossible to hear obscene words on the street. And this is explained not only by the modesty and delicacy of our ancestors, but also by the policy pursued by the state. According to the Cathedral Code (this is a set of laws of the Russian kingdom), severe punishment was imposed for the use of obscene words - up to the death penalty.

Under Peter I, the book "Honest Mirror of Youth" was published, which explained that the behavior of people can be recognized as decent only with complete abstinence from abuse.

Do you think it is possible by law to punish a person if he does not bother anyone, but simply speaks foul language in a public place?

A person who uses swear words may get into trouble with the law.

Speaking of foul language in public is equivalent to petty hooliganism, responsibility for which is provided for in Article 20.1. Of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and entails punishment:

- as punishment for using foul language in a public place, the violator will be fined from 500 to 1000 rubles or arrest up to 15 days;

- if these actions are aggravated by disrespect of the police or other authorities, the fine increases to values from 1,000 to 2,500 rubles.

If obscene language is addressed to a specific person, it is already classified as an insult. Responsibility for insult is provided for by article 5.61 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation:

- insult, that is, humiliation of the honor and dignity of another person, expressed in an indecent form, entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of 1,000 to 3,000 rubles;

- an insult in a public speech or in the media is punishable by a fine in the amount of 3,000 to 5,000 rubles.

This information is useful for everyone to know. And for those who like to pronounce a strong word, and for those who suffer from it. The first, perhaps, will think about responsibility for their words, the second will know that it is possible to bring violators to justice.

Why do people use foul language?

Despite the existing laws, foul language is spreading more and more and takes on the character of an epidemic.

Scientists and specialists in various fields have been doing this for a long time: historians, writers, teachers, scientists, doctors.

The researchers note that in all cases of the use of obscene language, fear or weakness is the basis.

To summarize the results of numerous studies, the main reasons for foul language are as follows:

Image

Let's consider these reasons in more detail.

1. Habitat (environment). If a person has to communicate with people who swear, he begins to get used to it and himself can adopt a bad habit. All this suggests that he has no choice. He just does what those around him do. And in this case, it is weakness.

2. Low level of culture. According to Ushakov's dictionary, ignorance is a lack of knowledge, lack of education, underdevelopment, backwardness. Ignorant people often make mistakes in their choice, and harm both themselves and others. Ignorance also affects their speech. Lack of vocabulary is made up for by abuse.

3. Imitation of the younger to the elders speaks of the desire to seem more mature, to be like ignorant adults. Which, in turn, indicates the lack of an opinion. And this is weakness.

4. State of passion. In a difficult situation, a person tries to relieve tension with a strong word. Example: a person strikes a finger with a hammer, and involuntarily a curse flies out. In a state of passion, a person can experience fear, and confusion, and despair.

5. Desire to appear strong and bold (or, as they say, "cool"). This usually happens when a person wants to stand out with something, but he does not have outstanding achievements, and he violates prohibitions. But this does not at all speak of his courage, but rather of stupidity, and this is a manifestation of weakness.

Foul language is dangerous!

Psychologists note that the use of obscene expressions forms an addiction similar to alcohol, nicotine or drug addiction. There are three stages in this process:

- the first stage - when a person first hears a curse, he experiences shame, disgust, disgust;

- the second stage - when a person first uses such a nasty word - for company, for relaxation or for the sake of feigned prowess;

- the third stage - when a person gets used to this word, he is no longer ashamed to use it. In the future, a person automatically uses these words without noticing it.

It is known that all people with bad habits do not think about the consequences. And the consequences are very bad.

In addition to written laws, there are laws of nature, laws of the universe. When we violate them, retribution can be much more serious than a fine or 15 days in prison.

These laws are neglected or simply not believed in them, because the visible results of their action do not appear immediately. And after months or years, people wonder why fate has treated them so harshly. But scientists have already discovered and confirmed the existence of many of these laws of nature, discovered the mechanisms of their action.

One must be extremely careful with the word. It is not for nothing that folk wisdom reflected this thought in the proverbs: "The word is not an arrow, but the heart shines through," "An unkind word burns more painfully than fire," "Blessing is better than a curse." You've probably heard that a pronounced curse affects not only those who were cursed, but also their children and grandchildren.

Scientists have substantiated the reasons for the influence of words on the human body.

In our time, scientists have found a rationale for the phenomenon of how a word affects people.

Image

At the end of the twentieth century, the founder of the Institute of Quantum Genetics, Academician Pyotr Petrovich Gariaev, created an apparatus that translates human words into electromagnetic vibrations, and traced how these vibrations affect the molecules of heredity - DNA.

In simple terms, DNA is a molecule that contains genetic instructions (chromosomes) for the growth and development of our body.

It turned out that some words can be worse than mines: they "explode" in the human genetic apparatus, distorting his hereditary programs, causing mutations, ultimately leading to degeneration.

So, during selective warfare, chromosomes are twisted and torn.

Suddenly heard abuse is enough for health problems to begin. Moreover, those people who live surrounded by foul language also suffer from diseases. It resembles the harm from smoking. Not only those who smoke suffer, but also those who stand nearby and breathe this air.

Water plays one of the main roles in the mechanism of the influence of foul language on the human body.

More than half of a person is water (from 90% at birth to 50% in old age). Water is part of the body fluids.

The Russian biophysicist academician Stanislav Valentinovich Zenin has been studying water for many years and discovered that it can change its structure depending on any external influences, including words and even thoughts!

S. V. Zenin discovered that the water that is part of our body is special, structured, consisting not of individual H2O molecules, but mainly of large associations of these molecules connected with each other.

Scientists called such combinations of molecules clusters, or supermolecules. Each supermolecule consists of 912 ordinary water molecules. The cluster resembles a modern computer with up to 44,000 dashboards. Each of the panels is responsible for its own type of interaction with the environment.

The clusters are then combined into larger formations, each of which contains about 40 million such clusters.

It is due to its complex structure that water is able to temporarily memorize, store, and also transmit huge amounts of information in the form of electromagnetic waves.

The memory mechanism of water can be compared to an alphabet of 33 letters. By alternating letters, we can express a thought. There is information behind the combination of sounds and letters.

Water does the same. For example, water receives information from a sound field (words, music). As a result, the order of the elements in the water cell changes. Further, the changed combination is transferred from one cell to another.

So water receives and remembers external signals, rebuilds its structure and then transfers this information to another biocomputer - the human brain, which, in turn, sends commands to the body.

Many are familiar with the experiments with water carried out by the world famous Japanese explorer Emoto Masaru. He gave the water to listen to different music, words, and then quickly freeze the samples and examined them under a microscope.

From the research of E. Masaru, it becomes clear that words have power. The vibrations of kind, good words have a positive effect on our world, while the vibrations emanating from negative words are destructive.

And if we apply this knowledge about the perception and transmission of information by water not only to the body of one person, but to the entire human community?

It turns out that any most subtle movement of our soul causes inevitable changes in the physical world. And if you experience states of happiness and love, then you influence the space around you and the entire planet. The more elevated feelings you experience, the more beautiful your words and thoughts, the more positive impact you have on the surrounding physical world.

Negative thoughts, feelings and words also have an impact on the physical world. The trouble is that negativity prevails in our world. This is the so-called mass egoistic consciousness, aimed primarily at entertainment and consumption. And at this stage of human development, this mass consciousness becomes dangerous for the further development of society.

How to get rid of the habit of swearing?

Scientists convince us that foul language is dangerous. By doing this, we harm both ourselves and the environment. Plus, as we've seen, bad language gets in the way of our success in life.

To achieve freedom from bad language, you need to take only three steps:

1. We must realize that foul language is evil.

Until a person understands this, he will not have a desire to get rid of the habit of swearing.

2. Make a firm decision to break the habit.

If a person does not make a decision himself, no one can help him.

An example of treatment for alcoholics can be cited. If they do not want to get rid of the disease themselves, then the effect of the treatment will not be.

3. Start taking concrete steps.

For example:

- control your speech (perhaps, at first, swear words will be pulled out. The main thing is not to give up. You need to notice your mistakes, draw conclusions and continue);

- not allow others to swear in your presence or avoid a society where swearing is customary (remember that someone else's foul language is also destructive);

But what if they don't listen to you and continue to swear?

- change the social circle.

- it is useful to read more good fiction, memorize poems and aphorisms in order to expand your vocabulary and thereby oust parasitic words from your vocabulary;

There may be other options for your actions. Every person is different.

Some people suggest using “substitutes” (“tree-sticks”, “pancake”, etc.) instead of swear words. But this is not necessary. It is like cutting down a weed and leaving its root in the ground, since these words retain a connection with their abusive counterparts.

If a person firmly decided to get rid of a bad habit and began to take concrete steps, after a while he will find that he himself has stopped swearing, and in his presence friends and acquaintances use swear words less and less. Friends will respect this person for firmly adhering to the rule they have adopted. In their eyes, he will no longer seem strong, he will actually become strong.

A new habit is developed from three weeks to three months. It all depends on how much you realized the seriousness of the problem and how firm you are in your decision.

We must remember one thing - everything in your life depends on your choice: to be weak or strong, rude or polite. And the world only responds to your choice.
