Until the rise of the United States after the Second World War, it was the British Empire that remained this sole "center", according to whose will many wars and revolutions took place in various parts of the world. Evaluating the Russian-Japanese war of 1904-1905 from this position, one can understand that it was the British special services, which were beneficial to the weakening of the Russian Empire, behind its unleashing.
But the outcome of the war was not decided by the British special services, although their contribution to its results is very impressive, and not even by the Japanese imperial army. Another force was found that helped Russia to lose, although in fact the results of the battles at Port Arthur and Mukden for Japan were by no means brilliant. And if the war lasted a little longer, then the defeat of Japan, which had already suffered heavy losses in manpower and did not have enough financial and economic power to continue the war, would have been unchanged. But then she found "allies" within Russia itself.
