An unprecedented lightning strike killed 23 cows at once, peacefully eating grass on one of the ranches in Texas. It is believed that the lightning actually struck the metal fence along which the animals stood.

Rancher Bobby Woody III said it was one of the wildest and craziest things he has ever seen in his life.

“When the lightning struck, she had such a strong tension that she even killed a cow standing in the middle of the field,” wrote Woody on his Facebook.

Bobby Woody III further explains that he made this grim discovery a few days after the storm while he was touring his farm in Red River County.

The video shows swollen cow carcasses covered in flies, some with their legs upside down.

The camera then pans to show a row of bodies lined up along the fence. Below is Woody's video:

A total of 15 cows and eight calves were found dead.

Photos of these poor cows covered with flies, with their legs turned up, are now being published by the entire press, but we do not give them - they are so disgusting. Why are you angry with the cows, friend Thor!

Editorial comment

A couple of weeks ago, we made some materials dedicated to very unusual lightning, which seemed to fly out of the ground.

The pole shift is approaching: lightning is now flying straight out of the ground!

The reason for these unusual phenomena is the so-called positive streamers - narrow luminous channels of ionized gas that appear in the pre-breakdown stage of corona or spark discharges. Usually, lightning is a negative streamer and comes from the sky, but sometimes the same streamer grows out of the ground.

Previously, positive streamers were very rare, but for some reason they became frequent and casualties from lightning began massively. So the thunderstorm that raged over the Tatras on 22 August crippled 150 people, throwing stones at them and pushing them off the slope.

And on the basis of these observations, we warned our readers that lightning has become difficult now, that it is impossible to jump barefoot in the rain today, as in distant childhood. And now the incident in Texas colorfully confirms the picture we have outlined.

At first glance, the lightning did pass through the fence, but burns, as the farmer writes, are in the animals on their LIVING. Who has seen a cow sitting astride a fence?

In addition, the farmer found no more than half of the animals at the fence - the rest were scattered across the field. That is, lightning hitting the fence could not kill them according to the laws of physics - this is a fence, not a hadron collider.

Thus, the animals were killed by a positive streamer and Thor is definitely not in business here - rather, Hel, the daughter of Loki and the giantess Angrboda, the ruler of the world of the dead. We do not know how the cows made her angry, but we believe that soon there will be more such incidents, and not only with cows, so we are following the development of events.
