Programmers at a popular social networking site were forced to shut down AI-powered chatbots after they created their own language for communication, the International Business Times reported on Sunday.
According to the author of the post, initially all bots communicated in English. However, then some of them allegedly invented a language for faster communication with each other. Network managers turned off the network's "talking" chatbots, and other subjects of artificial intelligence were reprogrammed to communicate exclusively in English.
I don’t know to what extent the statement of the American publication corresponds to reality (perhaps this is just an advertisement for a new software product or some new mobile applications), but the tendency that artificial intelligence is becoming uncontrollable is noted correctly.
Information weapons are more promising than biological
In a very timely article "Why does the Pentagon need living tissues of Russians" by RIA Novosti commentator Alexander Khrolenko about biological weapons, well-founded fears are expressed that today the United States "has all the possibilities for a third world war in the format of directed epidemics."
Indeed, intensive genetic research within the US Department of Defense is in full swing. And it is no coincidence, for example, the famous Russian biochemist, who has been working in the USA for more than 25 years, a specialist in the field of DNA genealogy Anatoly Klesov, is allowed to freely come up with interpretations of the data obtained, which completely change the anthropological picture of the world not in favor of the West: for customers such research results of genetic developments are much more important than what Andrey Klesov declares in public.
Here it can be assumed that the R1a1 haplotype identified in the course of genetic studies, corresponding to the Eastern Slavs and, first of all, the Russians, is the object against which the Western special services and the alchemists hired by them are called upon to build a genetic weapon.

Be that as it may, there is still no effective biological weapon in the hands of the world hegemon, and its production is not an easy task. In any case, there are no guarantees that a virus designed in American laboratories, capable of destroying carriers of the R1a1 haplotype, will not also destroy carriers of R1b, which today include the Anglo-Saxons and more than half of the inhabitants of Western Europe.
But the information superweapon is already working. And it is already killing (so far mainly morally and psychologically) Internet users unwanted by the West.
It is clear that any person who once found himself in the Internet space and filled out the questionnaire at the time of registering his account instantly becomes a potential object of all sorts of manipulative technologies - from harmless advertising in the form of an object of targeted mailing to all kinds of repression.
At least any user who does not suit the owners and managers of networks can be banned. The basis is the user's worldview. It is no secret to anyone, for example, that it is Russian users who are becoming the target of a ban on leading social networks - those of them who allowed themselves unpleasant statements not only in relation to the United States, but also, for example, to the current Ukrainian regime.
Now multiply a banal ban by a possible complication of the task: for example, the ability not only to ban an unsuitable user on a social network, but to deprive him of the opportunity, in principle, to use Internet resources. Further - more: a special program can send an installation to the network to throw this or that subscriber (well, for example, supporters of the Russian government) outside social networks and any electronic databases. Special programs can cancel bank accounts of various kinds of divergences, their data in the pension fund and tax authorities, passport data, etc.
This is already the case in the United States, as Chuck Russell's American blockbuster "The Eraser" eloquently told the audience 20 years ago. About this - the blockbuster "Enemy of the State" and many others … However, only today, under the decision to direct the repressive capabilities of programs and Internet network operators on dissidents on a planetary scale, a corresponding political base appears. For example, today the sanctions against the Russian Federation are mainly aimed at the energy sector, and tomorrow these sanctions may develop into something more - for example, into the "erasure" of Russia and Russians from the world information space.
How an information superweapon works

No one will ever accuse any program of genocide that will "independently" create codes that identify divergences by the characteristics of text messages, as well as their personal and other data, and then organize the process of physical destruction of divergences, creating a market for hired killers in the network with the corresponding the system of their virtual targeting of victims, payment for the services of killers and automatic concealment of the traces of the crime.
In fact, today we already need to periodically reboot ourselves: change the last name, first name and place of residence, our biography, occupation, social circle. After that, alas, you need to stop using a computer and a telephone, completely stop communicating with government agencies, banks, housing offices, etc. But even these reboots and tough self-restraints will not save the unwanted characters - if ordered to eliminate them - from cyber-killers controlled by Western intelligence services. Internet programs will find any unwanted individual, even if he hides from ground video cameras and space surveillance systems in deep taiga or under water.
Artificial intelligence is an extremely dangerous thing. And he has long been striving to get out of all kinds of boxes. Humanity, which is not able to stop terrorism, oligarchic violence or even the production of plastic, will definitely miss the moment when the power of a self-programmed machine can be stopped in only one way - by turning off the electricity and destroying all computer programs and their carriers.
But something else is more likely to happen - the world hegemon, before becoming a victim of artificial intelligence, uses it to unleash a new world war and genocide of specific nations.
Take, for example, mining - the activity of creating network blocks with the ability to receive rewards in the form of issued currency. A very fashionable thing that is already starting to turn the world around. Well, would humanity give up the opportunity to rush in pursuit of metal boxes, from which, if they are connected to the power supply and the Internet network, after a while crypto money will begin to drip, which can be exchanged for real dollars in any bank?
In this case, the network is already working as an autonomous organism that solves very specific speculative tasks that even the most educated person is not capable of. But in a similar way, it is possible to launch such mining technologies on the network that are aimed not only at creating crypto-exchanges and obtaining crypto-profits, but also at crypto-searching for specific victims.
That is why, when the Russian media enthusiastically report that our scientists have invented another new rocket or a new supertank, I personally am not only filled with pride. Is it not clear - and numerous examples confirm this - that our geopolitical enemies are working on the development and implementation of quantum technologies in various fields of their application and on the creation on this basis of fundamentally new mega-weapon systems in various kinds of cryptosystems.
What will we do with our ultra-modern tanks, supersonic missiles, with nuclear potential, finally, when Russia loses its information and cyber resistance capabilities, after which there will be no Russians left in our country - well, those people who, in accordance with this concept, are capable and ready to defend the Motherland ?
With all the desire of individual overseas villains to create a system that could destroy Russians on an ethnic basis - reacting to the peculiarities of their haplotype, much earlier, I believe, the West will have the opportunity to destroy Russians, Russians and other peoples of the "alternative race" based on identifying features their views, mind, character and behavior.
