According to the Indian regional news site patrika.com, absolutely fantastic events are taking place in the Kotwali district of Thana Madhubanpara, which cannot be explained not only by ordinary peasants, but also by officials, scientists and police who arrived at the scene.

And these are not meteorites - they are just pieces of rock that resemble asbestos. Local residents have collected a whole collection of such stones, although there are many more.

In addition, as far as can be seen from the damage, the stones fall almost vertically, as if some kind of thing hangs over the area and is throwing them off from a dump truck. However, we cannot say that this event is unprecedented. In 1920-1921. in the city of Chico, California, exactly the same thing happened, only the stones there were rounded and resembled huge pebbles. Rockfalls broke roofs, crippled people, and when firefighters came to the scene and started laughing at the local "crazy", one of the cobblestones hit this fire fighter right in the skull, which was described with great joy by the local press.
In 1919, the book "1001 Forgotten Miracles" was published in the USA, written by Charles Fort, who is rightfully considered the father of modern ufology and conspiracy theories. The book became the work of a researcher's entire life and he describes a lot of such “stone rains”. Moreover, all the facts were verified either by Fort himself or by people specially hired by him who interviewed witnesses.
And although stones from the sky are, of course, nonsense, there have been cases of objects falling from the sky, similar in description to motherboards and microcircuits. It was in the 19th century and, according to Fort, the source of this garbage is the flying cities described by Jonathan Swift, who in his “fairy tales” accurately described the satellites of Mars 150 years before their discovery. So most likely, in the fairy tale about the flying city of Laputa, the truth, as Mulder and Scully say, is somewhere nearby.
