The Heizhu Valley, whose name literally translates as "Black Bamboo Hollow", located in southern China, is considered one of the most powerful anomalous zones in the world. Here, on the eastern slope of Mount Mae'an, there is the Stone Gate, passing through which you find yourself in the bamboo jungle.
For many years the hollow has been absorbing people without leaving any bodies or traces. Here, under mysterious circumstances, terrible accidents occur and many people die.
1950 year. The plane crashed in the valley for some unknown reason: no technical problems were identified and the crew did not report a distress. Another oddity is the following observation. In the same year, according to statistics, about a hundred people were missing in the Black Bamboo Hollow!
1962 year. The disappearance of an entire exploration group without a trace. Only the conductor managed to escape, who told what happened.
Promotional video:
When the expedition approached the valley, he delayed a little and fell behind. At some point, a thick fog suddenly appeared, which limited visibility to 1 meter. The guide felt an inexplicable fear and froze in place. In a few minutes the fog cleared away, but the group was gone … The geologists, their things and equipment were never found. The shocked guide talked for a long time about the fog, which disturbed the sense of time and made very strange sounds …
1966 year. A detachment of military cartographers who were engaged in correcting the relief maps of this area disappeared without a trace in the hollow. And in 1976, a whole group of foresters disappeared in it. It is difficult to explain how people with the experience of harsh researchers and who spent half their lives in the forest could go missing.
The strange disappearances in Black Bamboo Hollow have sparked heated controversy around the world. Someone explained the anomalous properties by rotting plants that emit psychotropic vapors, others talked about strong geomagnetic radiation, and still others believed in the portals of parallel worlds.
The unsolved mystery of the Black Bamboo Hollow attracts tourists from all over the world, but, going into the wilds, remember: annually, under unknown circumstances, up to a hundred people disappear there.
