This terrible story happened to me in the spring of 2008. May 12 - this day I will never forget. I walked around the city with my girlfriend Svetlana. We were sitting on a bench on one of the central streets of our city, when suddenly a gypsy woman came up and began to carry all nonsense that, they say, my girlfriend is damned, she has a terrible evil eye, it needs to be urgently removed, and so on. Sveta did not pay attention to what this woman was saying. But I began to cruelly troll her: "If you know everything, then tell me, in what year did I graduate from school?" or "Will I try to guess my name?" and in that spirit. Apparently, the gypsy realized that she would not earn money for us, but said goodbye: “Your beloved will give birth soon. He will give birth to a bad one.
A month later, we learned that Sveta was pregnant. But that was not the worst thing, we were already thinking about a wedding. The worst thing happened in December, the child was born with Down syndrome.
I still curse myself for having then entered into an argument with a gypsy. That this is her job, I have no doubt, and Sveta too. Then we just had to get up and leave.
