The head of state security of the USSR lived in this building in the period from 1938 to 1953, and after his death, the spirit of Beria still wanders in these places. Residents of the houses located next to this building say that at night they hear the sound of invisible cars approaching the front door, the sounds of steps and fragments of phrases.
