Jose Chinchilla and his fiancée Michelle Callan are suing the owner of a house in Tom's River, New Jersey, which they rented for failing to warn them about the ghosts there.
The young people refused to pay rent for the two weeks they spent in the house. In addition, they demand that they be paid two and a half thousand dollars in compensation.

They moved into a bad house in New Jersey with their two young daughters on the first of March, but on the 13th they fled in horror to the nearest hotel.
At first they heard strange sounds and howls. Then strange wandering lights appeared. The couple recorded the mysterious noises on tape. In one of the messages of the ghost, the terrifying "Burn, burn clearly!" (Let it burn!). This phrase is heard at the 20th second of the video.
But the worst thing happened on March 10. The young husband told how at night someone pulled the blankets off him and he clearly felt a cold touch on his hand. The ghost grabbed him tightly by the wrist, he could even make out the shapeless silhouette of the mysterious guest.
The terrified tenants called in the Ghostbusters. They did not find any ghosts, but the devilry in the house was still recorded and the video from infrared surveillance cameras was posted on Facebook.

The owner of the house is completely sure that his tenants simply do not want to pay and have invented everything on purpose. Which of them is actually right - the court will decide.
