A paranormal trial took place in Norway. The essence of the litigation, at first glance, is extremely simple. The man was going to buy a mansion north of Oslo, and even signed an agreement, all that remained was to pay. But the buyer changed his mind. And the seller filed a lawsuit.
The most interesting thing in this story is the motives for rejecting real estate. The client was scared off by ghosts. According to local residents, the house is simply teeming with ghosts and ghouls. But the realtor kept silent about these superstitions. When the buyer found out about everything, he decided to cancel the deal.
However, the court sided with the plaintiff. And the man still has to buy an ominous mansion. The official wording is that ghosts cannot serve as a reason for terminating the contract, because, according to the law, they do not exist.
The Norwegian TV channel TV 2 asked the locals about this house and found out the following interesting things:
- Things fall off the shelves by themselves.
- The shelves themselves can easily fall even if they are firmly nailed down.
- Sometimes you can see the ghost of an old woman who enters the house and disappears.
One of their witnesses lived in this house for some time and said that near the house they heard the noise of a car starting up, but the car itself was not there. Heard the sound of a door slamming without a human being present. In the empty basement of the house, a light came on by itself. Dogs reacted to invisibility by barking.
