The Oldenburgsky Palace is located in the village of Ramon, Voronezh Region. It was built at the end of the 19th century. The building is designed in the "Old English" architectural style, which is not typical for the vastness of the Russian province. The owners of the palace were representatives of the Russian branch of the Oldenburg House.
Princess of Oldenburg was a recognized patron of the arts. The direction of her activity was the improvement of life in the village. The woman built the first candy factory in the country, in which production was based on the use of steam turbines. Its name was "Steam candy and chocolate factory". It is this enterprise that forms the basis of the Voronezh Confectionery Factory.
When the fire of the revolution broke out in Russia, the princess left for France. Her family nest was plundered by the Red Army. At different times there were a barracks, a school, a clinic, and a factory administration here.
Mystical apparitions in the palace
Psychics and physicists conducted a study, during which it was found that the territory of the Oldenburg Palace is acting with a very strong field of negative energy. In the premises of the palace, sensitive people can faint. Neither mice nor rats live here, insects do not fly.
Scientists have put forward a theory according to which whole energy fountains are seething here, which have a bad effect on the psyche of people. Sensitive equipment does not stand aside either. But people say that this building is cursed.
Even when the princess lived in these halls, people gossiped about the prison that the woman had set up in the dungeons of the palace. In these casemates, prisoners were tormented. It was also said that in the dungeon a bear was chained, to which the unwanted were given. It was believed that the souls of these unfortunates wander within the walls of the palace.

Prince Alexander, the husband of the mistress of the estate, was a member of the Order of the Wizards, from where he was expelled for dark deeds. He did not give up his business and throughout his life he continued to practice somewhere in a remote swamp in the Ramon forests.
The architect, who was engaged in the restoration of the palace in the 80s, told many unusual facts. So, with the start of work, the builders began to complain that at night they had terrible nightmares that did not allow them to rest before a working day. In the dark, they heard mysterious sounds.
