One of the most active environmental groups in the Tomsk region is the autonomous non-profit organization Tomsk Environmental Center "Biolon". Its specialists conduct research in other regions of Russia, and, moreover, at their own expense, without receiving grants or government subsidies. Recently, the head of Biolon returned from an expedition to research acute poltergeists in the cities of Taiga and Taganrog. We will tell you more about the sensational results obtained in Taganrog by Tomsk ecologists. And about what is happening in the neighboring Tomsk Taiga, shares the head of "Biolon" Viktor Fefelov.
Before heading to Taganrog, I took an electric train to the town of Taiga, Kemerovo Region. For more than a dozen years there has been a very peculiar poltergeist, which I gave the name "Taiga".
For many years, businessman Sergei Borzov has been recording anomalous phenomena that took place in his store selling mobile phones and in a three-story brick building under construction. Currently Sergey has sold his store. His house is located near the Taiga train station. I have traveled to Taiga city many times to study this acute poltergeist. In this case, it is of interest, because it was Sergei Borzov who first recorded the systematic interference of this phenomenon in the operation of mobile phones. In addition, the Taiga poltergeist, as well as the Zatan poltergeist in Taganrog, began to actively manifest itself in the same 2006.
Sergei Borzov himself and the workers of his store more than once watched in amazement as the mobile phones lying in the glass windows "by themselves" turned on and even called each other back. At the same time, they did not have sim cards and, often, batteries.
Surveillance cameras installed in the Borzov store and the adjacent premises of the city Post Office recorded the passage of anomalous objects, during the movement of which an alarm was triggered. Once the chair on which Sergei Borzov was sitting, in the presence of the salesmen, rose a meter above the floor and for some time smoothly flew with him around the store. This can be described as a levitation phenomenon.
Several years ago, in the presence of witnesses near a house under construction, there was a case of "petrification" of a person. Almost the same event, known as "Zoe's Standing", happened in the city of Samara (then Kuibyshev) in 1956. However, in that case, one can only talk about a rumor that has grown into something more, while, according to Sergei Borzov, something similar happened in his presence …
Two FSB officers approached Sergei Borzov's house under construction, which did not have a roof at that time. One of them, according to Sergei, tried to use a service weapon against him1. But I could not do this, because after Borzov's shout “Stop!”, He froze in place. This officer stood so still for many hours. His skin and muscles were hard, his heart could not listen, there was no breath. In the end, he regained consciousness by himself and was taken to the hospital by a colleague.
At the level of the windows of the second floor along the perimeter of Sergei Borzov's house under construction, panoramic color video cameras (with infrared illumination) are fixed on the walls. Sergei regularly watches videos from these seven cameras. From these recordings, he cuts out fragments of brightly luminous objects such as "mini-UFOs" flying around the house. The speed of their movement is tens of meters per second. They can fly through brick walls, change their shape and size in motion. There are several hundred such videos from "mini-UFOs" accumulated in the archive of Sergei Borzov.

Anomalous object overfly in the store
It can be seen that the moving object shines brightly, but does not illuminate the objects around it. It is quite possible that its radiation lies in the part of the spectrum invisible to the human eye - in the infrared or ultraviolet region.
Invisible flashes were recorded by researchers at the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute while studying a poltergeist on Karl Ilmer Street in Tomsk in 1985. A camera installed in a dark bedroom with an open shutter recorded such an "invisible" flash, although five people in the room at that moment could not see anything.
Currently, I am using the working hypothesis that these luminous objects are the actuating mechanisms that produce poltergeist phenomena, as if violating the laws of Nature that are familiar to us. This hypothesis is confirmed by the study of new poltergeists. We have fixed the luminous objects using video photography several times at different objects in several cities. The glowing balls that flew around the apartments where the acute poltergeist was developing were recorded in Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Taganrog.
Similar properties are possessed by radiation from mini-UFOs, which fly in abundance around the house under construction of Sergei Borzov in the city of Taiga, Kemerovo Region. These objects are very bright, their light is pure white and they do not illuminate the surrounding landscape and nearby objects. Here are screenshots of two recent Taiga "mini-UFOs".

Environmental studies of the Taiga phenomenon continue. Specialists of ANO "Biolon" are planning to use modern recorders in the near future to study the emission spectrum of "mini-UFO". The first to know about the results, as always, are the readers of Ufokom.
