An amazing event took place in Yekaterinburg. When repairing a riser leak in one of the apartment buildings in the Ural capital, they had to break into a locked apartment through which a water conduit passed, and a woman's mummy was found there.

The mummy was lying on the bed, covered with a blanket. It was established that this was a former teacher of a secondary school in Yekaterinburg. According to the paid utility bills, it was established that her death occurred around the beginning of 2012, that is, the woman's dead body had been in the apartment for more than four years.

It was not discovered earlier only because the teacher did not have close relatives and friends, and her body was fantastically mummified, due to which she did not emit any smells that attracted neighbors.

As a rule, scientists look for the reasons for this in food, in the soil of the cemetery (as for the San Bernard case), in other components in which the mummification of corpses occurred, but under the same conditions, for some reason, some corpses decompose, while others turn into mummies. And so far none of the scientists can explain this …
