GA Konovalova from the village of Novobureisky-2 in the Amur Region talked about how in December 1987 a certain invisible person visited the log hut in which the Konovalov family lived and still lives.
“My eighteen-year-old daughter Marina was friends with one young man, whose name was Eugene. He was madly in love with her.
In May 1987, Zhenya was drafted into the army. There he soon died under mysterious circumstances.
In early December, ten days after his death, a lead coffin with the body of the deceased was brought home. Zhenechka was buried in our local cemetery. It's hard to remember how my daughter sobbed and died at his funeral …
And three days after the funeral, something terrible began in our house. I emphasize, it is in our house, and not in the house of the parents of the deceased. Something invisible will fly through the air and a tight stream of cold air will blow over your face at that moment.
And then suddenly such a sound is heard, as if someone is sweeping the floor with a broom. And literally every evening at exactly eleven o'clock, our whole family clearly heard the sound of the gate outside the window of the hut coming through the open window, and then the loud crunch of snow under heavy boots.
Marina rushed to the window with a yell:
- It's Zhenechka again from the other world!

And my husband and I ran out onto the threshold of the hut, but did not find anyone outside the yard.
Twice the invisible one who slammed the gate and stomped in the yard in the late evenings approached the door leading to the house. The hook on the inside of the door immediately flew up by itself from the locking hinge. On this, everything calmed down.
On New Year's Eve, we all heard how the invisible man sat down at the festively set table and began to eat, loudly munching. If you only knew how scared we were!
And a couple of days later, Marina and I went to the store to shop. When they returned home, they were horrified. One of the wide beds in the hut was flooded with water. It turned out that all the bedding, including the foam mattress, was soaked through …”.
