Viktor Gaidukov lives in the village of Novenkoye (Pavlovsky District, Voronezh Region). At the beginning of the sixth morning, his wife Galina, who was reading a book, woke him up and pointed to the window. In the still dark sky, above the forest, a large club-shaped object with a bright arc similar to a rainbow adjoining it was shining.
From the outside it looked like a giant lantern. It hovered motionless to the southwest of the Gaidukovs' house. Grabbing a digital home soap box, the couple managed to make a single shot from the window. But the camera, too weak for night shooting, as luck would have it, was discharged, not allowing to take pictures on the street.
"What is it? UFO? ", - Gaidukovs thought in the first seconds.
The former soldier, who had never seen anything like it, quickly phoned his friend Vyacheslav Udalov from his mobile, who was on duty that night nearby - in the boiler house of the Shipov Les company. By that time, Vyacheslav and his partner Nikolai Sukhonosov also witnessed this strange phenomenon, having noticed it a little earlier than Viktor Petrovich.
- It was something unusual, - Vyacheslav shares his impressions. - Imagine a very bright large disc in the center of a perfectly black circle with a clear outline. On two sides of the edge of this circle, symmetrically, there are two bright multi-colored rays of the form. And on top of this whole thing is a white glowing arc, which also looks like a rainbow.
During the discussion of the unidentified phenomenon, it turned out that it was in the sky for a short time - before it began to dawn. And the men saw this object a little differently.
- We did not feel fear, only surprise, - Viktor Petrovich and Vyacheslav say. - But what was it? An unusual atmospheric phenomenon or a UFO? Or does someone send us signs that mean something? Be that as it may, we have never seen anything like it.
“From the description, what the men saw could have been optical phenomena that happen from time to time on full moon days. It is possible that they saw a celestial body - a comet that appeared for a short time and disappeared at dawn, - says Voronezh ufologist Alexander Sukhorukov.
