With this article, we want to show the process of changing the “elites” and the general system within which this happens. Therefore, the phenomena described below are not of an entertainment nature and require a volitional decision to master new knowledge.

The historical process does not go on by itself. He is controllable. An important nuance of this management is that a crowd-elite system has long been supported in society.

The whole society, depending on access to knowledge, is divided into three main groups.

1. The crowd is the owners of fragmentary knowledge that changes under the pressure of the environment or control. For example, through authorities: scientists, stars, athletes, politicians, etc.

Therefore, we always use the word "elite" in quotation marks, since it is not. The only difference is that the "elite" are allowed to take a privileged place in the social pyramid to act as overseers and drivers for the rest of the crowd.

But neither the crowd nor the “elite” are capable of independently developing information modules and forming a worldview. In view of this, both those and others always act according to the programmed laws of the system and are always predictable for the subject of control - the owners.

Tools need to be sharpened from time to time. After the “elite” crawls and degrades, the subject of management gives it up to be torn apart by the crowd.

After that, a new "elite" emerges. But she, too, is doomed to repeat the fate of her predecessors, since their morality remains within the bounds of the crowd-elite ethics.

There are two ways to renew the "elite"

1. Cutting off the “elite” from below is a revolution.

2. The circumcision of the "elite" from above - this is 37 years, the processes of which are still hanging on Stalin by both the crowd and the "elite". The crowd does not see managerial maneuvers, and it is beneficial for the "elite" to continue to maintain this misunderstanding, which allows one to mold a guilty person out of one person.

There is one more option. But it goes beyond the crowd-elite system. This is the expansion of the management base to the scale of the whole society (opening up access to knowledge), opening social lifts (the ability to take on a greater level of responsibility in terms of one's managerial competence) and monitoring compliance with the positions held, regardless of origin or involvement in a particular clan.

What option will be in Russia?

Our "elite" is ruled by the liberal clans of the United States. They are sentenced to liquidation by the subject of management, since the "capitalism beacon" has fulfilled its tasks and it is no longer expedient to keep this insatiable toolkit, the appetites of which endanger the entire system. This is what Trump is doing.

The subject of government needs Putin, since the subject of government cannot afford to lose control of the world processes at the moment of transferring the center of concentration of government from the United States to China.

Therefore, no coups d'etat in Russia is destined to come true, despite the fact that our "elite", to please their overseas masters, is doing their best.

The trouble is that of the three options for changing the “elite”, only the third option - replacing managers with people from the “common people” - breaks the vicious circle:

  • solving national problems
  • where are the people and where am I
  • all the people left for me
  • redneck people who have no right to complain
  • the people put the "elite" on a pitchfork"

and again …

But the third option presupposes the mastering by the crowd of knowledge of managing social supersystems, as a result of which the crowd ceases to be a crowd and becomes a people.
