I have been living in my apartment for 20 years and until that moment I did not believe in paranormal nonsense. But just the other day, I witnessed a phenomenon that I had previously considered complete nonsense. It began with the death of our neighbor.
A few days later, a new neighbor moved in. An ordinary man of 30-35 years old, with an average build, dark-haired, what was special about him was his beard, an unusual shape, braided into braids.
After checking in, he came to meet me, I let him into the house. Since he was not local, I told him about our city, told about myself, about the neighbors. He sat and listened attentively. He seemed very strange to me, he was not talkative. He told very little about himself, said that he was from far away, that he came to our city as soon as he learned about the death of his mother (our former neighbor), according to his will, the apartment was registered in his name and that he was going to sell it and go back home. We remembered his mother, and he went to his place. It was quite late and I went to bed.
In the middle of the night, a voice woke me up. Such a quiet, afterlife voice. From its sound, my soul went into my heels. I froze and began to listen. The longer I listened, the more I understood what was said. From what I heard, my heart sank. "You must die too, come with me." This was repeated for 20 minutes, then everything calmed down. I felt incredibly tired and passed out.
In the morning I woke up with a heavy head, and what happened seemed to me a terrible dream. I went to visit a neighbor to ask if he had heard anything unusual that night. I rang the doorbell, in response - deathly silence, I called again and again, but no one opened me. I thought he went to the store and headed back to his apartment. After a quick breakfast, I went to school. When I returned, the neighbors informed me that they had found him dead.
