The icy, silent, deserted continent - isn't this the best refuge for those who have no desire to shine. The version that there is a secret base on Antarctica, let it be a UFO or the Third Reich, has been rising a long time ago, but has not received a rational explanation. In this regard, I made an attempt to analyze the information to which I have access and try to draw intelligible conclusions. I present to you, the first, virtual investigation, so to speak, an investigation without leaving the workplace.
Antarctica was officially discovered by the Russian expedition of F. F. Bellingshausen and M. P. Lazarev in 1820. However, indefatigable archivists discovered old maps, from which it followed that they knew about Antarctica long before this historical event. One of the maps, drawn in 1513 by the Turkish admiral Piri Reis, was discovered in 1929. Others surfaced: the French geographer Orontius Phineus from 1532, Philippe Bouache, dated 1737.
All these maps very accurately depict the outlines of Antarctica, but … without the ice cover. Moreover, the Buache map clearly shows the strait dividing the continent into two parts. And its presence under the ice has been established by the latest methods only in recent decades. International expeditions, checking the Piri Reis map, found out that it is more accurate than the maps compiled in the 20th century. Seismic reconnaissance has confirmed what no one had guessed: some mountains of Queen Maud Land, which were still considered part of a single massif, turned out to be in fact islands, as indicated on an old map. So, most likely, there is no talk of falsification. But where did such information come from people who lived several centuries before the discovery of Antarctica?
Map of Antarctica After the discovery of maps, a variety of hypotheses about their origin were put forward. Most of them boil down to the fact that the original maps were compiled by some kind of high civilization that existed at a time when the shores of Antarctica were not yet covered with ice, that is, before the global cataclysm. It has been argued that Antarctica is the former Atlantis. One of the arguments: the size of this legendary country (30,000 x 20,000 stadia according to Plato, 1 stage - 185 meters) roughly corresponds to the size of Antarctica.

The continent of Antarctica - the ancient Hyperborea of mystical legends (which placed it at the North Pole, but the poles, as you know, have changed places many times) - can store, as some modern "conspiracy theorists" believe, even more intriguing and burning secrets and mysteries, representing the keys to the present and future destinies of humanity and the entire planet (and possibly the Universe).
Fact. Ancient Indian Puranas and "Mahabharata" tell about the mysterious and sinister secrets of Antarctica / Hyperborea. So, on pages 153-154 of the interesting book by A. Snisarenko "The Third Belt of Wisdom" (L., 1989), it tells about a "magic capsule" locked inside, hidden at the North (or South cf. what was said above about the change of poles), a terrible “The plasmoid of Rishi Aurva's anger”, which, having escaped to freedom (which, according to legend, should happen at the end of the World Cycle), is capable of burning the entire Universe.
Many researchers of UFO problems (see, for example, the books "man-made UFOs" by R. Vesco and D. Childres, "Space aliens from the Pentagon" by W. Line, "The Case of the Alternative OZ" by J. Keith and a number of others published in the USA; see. also "conspiracy sites" of the Internet) believe that under the ice of Antarctica are - and function properly, "increasing labor productivity" - factories of "man-made UFOs" created after (or even before: during the German expedition to Antarctica in 1938, organized by the leading esotericist of the Nazi Reich R. Hess) of the 2nd World War and subsequently passed under the full or partial control of the Pentagon (according to J. Bloom, author of the book "Out of the Earth: Human Contacts with UFOs", the "Ufological Office" of the Pentagon is located in the famous " room 39 "in the" semi-basement annex to the Joint Center for Military Intelligence ").

Version No. 3. Under the ice of Antarctica there are factories of "man-made UFOs".
If there is a base, then who is its owner? And who lives there? Based on the versions put forward, we will try to logically compare the known facts and materials.
Fact. The International Bureau for the Study of Flying Saucers closed, and its founder, Albert K. Bender of Connecticut, stopped working on material for the then popular magazine Space Review, published by the Bureau. Bender justified himself by the fact that he had received certain "orders from higher authorities", and warned his colleagues to be extremely careful in their research. Then we managed to find out: Bender was visited by three unfamiliar men in black suits. They confided in secret what UFOs really are, and threatened to jail if this information was divulged. The unlucky explorer thought the guests were members of the US government. According to ufologists, he figured out the secret of the "plates" and wrote about it to his friend. But the letter did not reach the addressee: after a while, the mentioned three in black came to Bender's house with this very letter. There were other versions on this subject, including about a clever joke, and about representatives of an unknown civilization.
Be that as it may, but after the visit of strangers, Bender began to suffer from headaches. As soon as the victim intended to pass on the secret of the "flying saucers" to someone, the pain increased dramatically. This continued until 1962. Finally, the unfortunate ufologist published the book "Flying Saucers and These Three". In it, the author admitted that he was transported by the astral route to Antarctica, to the underground UFO base, where same-sex and bisexual creatures lived. They, they say, controlled Bender's behavior for seven years, and then returned to their distant planet.
For five years, the Germans have been carrying out carefully concealed work to create a secret facility in Antarctica, code-named Base 211. In any case, this is stated by a number of independent experts. By the end of the war, the Germans had nine scientific enterprises, which tested the projects of "flying discs". Scientists believe that during the collapse of the Reich, at least one enterprise to develop discs could have been transported to Antarctica.
Famous researchers of the Antarctic secrets of the Third Reich R. Vesko, V. Terziyski, D. Childress argue that since 1942, thousands of concentration camp prisoners, as well as prominent scientists, pilots and politicians with their families and members of the Hitler Youth, have been deployed to the South Pole using submarines. Some scientists believe that the German base in Antarctica has survived to this day. Moreover, there is talk of the existence of a whole underground city called "New Berlin" with a population of two million!
The main occupation of its inhabitants is allegedly genetic engineering and space research. Indirect confirmation of the existence of the base is called repeated UFO sightings in the South Pole region. They often see "plates" and "cigars" hanging in the air.
Fact. The famous writer and historian M. Demidenko reports that while sorting through the top-secret SS archives, he found documents indicating that a submarine squadron, during an expedition to Queen Maud Land, found a whole system of interconnected caves with warm air. “My submariners have discovered a real paradise on earth,” Dönitz said at the time. And in 1943, another mysterious phrase sounded from his lips: "The German submarine fleet is proud that at the other end of the world it has created an impregnable fortress for the Fuhrer."
Fact. In the archives of the Third Reich, drawings have been found that explain the principles of "twisting" of thin physical fields, which make it possible to create some kind of technomagical devices. The knowledge gained was passed on to leading scientists to "translate" it into an engineering language understandable to designers.
In his book "German flying saucers" O. Bergmann gives some technical characteristics. Diameter 26.3 meters. Engine: "Thule" -tachionator 70, 23.1 meters in diameter. Control: pulse generator of magnetic field 4a. Speed: 6000 km / h (calculated - 21000 km / h). Flight duration: 55 hours and more. Suitability for flights in outer space - 100 percent. The crew is nine people, with passengers - twenty people. Planned serial production: late 1943 - early 1944.
In the late 50s, the Australians discovered among the trophy films a documentary German film-report on the research project of the flying disc "V-7", about which until that time nothing was known. The extent to which this project has been implemented is not yet clear, but it is reliably known that the famous "special operations" specialist Otto Skorzeny in the middle of the war was instructed to create a detachment of pilots of 250 people to control "flying saucers" and manned missiles.
Fact. Retired American Colonel Wendelle C. Stivens reports: “Our intelligence, where I worked at the end of the war, knew that the Germans were building eight very large cargo submarines, and all of them were launched, manned and then disappeared without a trace. To this day, we have no idea where they went. They are not on the ocean floor and they are not in any port that we know of. It's a mystery, but it can be solved thanks to an Australian documentary that shows large German cargo submarines in Antarctica, ice around them, the crews are on decks waiting for a stop at the pier."
In addition to the mysterious giant submarines, at least a hundred serial U-class submarines were used for these purposes, including the top-secret Fuehrer Convoy unit, which included 35 submarines. At the very end of the war in Kiel, all military equipment was removed from these elite submarines and containers with some valuable cargo were loaded. The submarines also took on board some mysterious passengers and a large amount of food. The fate of only two boats from this convoy is reliably known. One of them, "U-530", under the command of 25-year-old Otto Wermouth, left Kiel on April 13, 1945, and delivered to Antarctica the relics of the Third Reich and Hitler's personal belongings, as well as passengers whose faces were hidden by surgical dressings. Another, "U-977", under the command of Heinz Schaeffer, a little later repeated this route, but what and whom she carried,unknown.
Both of these submarines in the summer of 1945 (July 10 and August 17, respectively) arrived at the Argentine port of Mar del Plata and surrendered to the authorities. Apparently, the testimony given by the submariners during interrogation greatly disturbed the Americans, and in late 1946 the famous Admiral Richard E. Byrd (Byrd) was ordered to destroy the Nazi base in "New Swabia".
Operation High Jump was disguised as an ordinary scientific research expedition, and not everyone guessed that a powerful naval squadron was heading to the shores of Antarctica. An aircraft carrier, 13 ships of various types, 25 aircraft and helicopters, more than four thousand people, a six-month supply of food - these data speak for themselves.
It would seem that everything went according to plan: 49 thousand photographs were taken in a month. And suddenly something happened that the US official authorities are still talking about. On March 3, 1947, the expedition that had just begun was curtailed, and the ships hastily headed home. A year later, in May 1948, some details surfaced on the pages of the European magazine Brizant. It was reported that the expedition met with stiff resistance from the enemy. At least one ship, dozens of people, four combat aircraft were lost, and another nine aircraft had to be left as unusable. What exactly happened is anyone's guess. We do not have authentic documents, however, according to the press, the crew members who dared to recollect talked about “flying discs that emerged from under the water” and attacked them, about strange atmospheric phenomena.which caused mental disorders. Journalists cite an excerpt from R. Byrd's report, allegedly made at a secret meeting of the special commission: “The United States needs to take protective actions against enemy fighters flying from the polar regions. In the event of a new war, America may be attacked by an enemy capable of flying from one pole to another with incredible speed!"
Almost ten years later, Admiral Byrd led a new polar expedition, in which he died under mysterious circumstances. After his death, information appeared in the press allegedly from the diary of the admiral himself. It follows from them that during the 1947 expedition the plane on which he took off for reconnaissance was forced to land strange aircraft, "similar to British soldiers' helmets." The admiral was approached by a tall, blue-eyed blonde who, in broken English, conveyed an appeal to the American government demanding an end to nuclear tests. Some of the sources claim that following this meeting, an agreement was signed between the Nazi colony in Antarctica and the American government to exchange German advanced technology for American raw materials.
Fact. November 5, 1957 USA, Nebraska. Late in the evening, a businessman - grain buyer Raymond Schmidt appeared to the sheriff of the city of Kearney and told a story that happened to him near the city. The car he was driving on the Boston-San Francisco highway suddenly stalled and stopped. When he got out of it to see what happened, he noticed a huge "metal cigar" not far from the road in a forest clearing. A hatch opened right before his eyes and a man in ordinary clothes appeared on the extended platform. In excellent German - Schmidt’s mother tongue - the stranger invited him to board the ship. Inside, the businessman saw two men and two women of quite ordinary appearance, but moving in an unusual way - they seemed to be sliding on the floor. Remained in the memory of Schmidt and some kind of flaming pipes filled with colored liquid. After about half an hour he was asked to leave, the "cigar" silently rose into the air and disappeared behind the forest.
Fact. November 6, 1957 United States, Tennessee, Dante (outskirts of Knoxville). At half past seven in the morning, an oblong object of "indeterminate color" landed in a field a hundred meters from the Clark family home. Twelve-year-old Everett Clark, who was walking the dog at the time, said that the two men and two women who came out of the apparatus spoke among themselves "like German soldiers from a movie." The Clarks' dog rushed to them with a desperate barking, followed by other neighboring dogs. The strangers at first unsuccessfully tried to catch one of the dogs that jumped up to them, but then they abandoned this venture, went into the object, and the apparatus flew away without sound. Reporter Carson Brever of the Knoxville News Sentinel found trampled grass at the site at a 7.5 by 1.5 meter section.
Fact. On July 3, 1973, in Antarctica, Argentine, English and Chilean military and scientific personnel monitored UFO maneuvers for 20 minutes. The UFO flew in zigzags and hung from time to time.
Fact. In 1976, using the latest equipment, the Japanese simultaneously spotted nineteen round objects that "dived" from space to Antarctica and disappeared from the screens. In addition, scientists have discovered several artificial satellites in Earth's orbit, belonging to no one knows who.
Naturally, many researchers have a desire to blame the Germans for such cases. “It seems that some of the ships we see today are nothing more than a further development of German disc technology. Thus, in fact, it may be that we are periodically visited by the Germans."
Are they related to aliens? Today there is contactee information (which, however, must always be treated with caution) that such a connection exists. It is believed that contact with civilization from the constellation of the Pleiades took place a long time ago - even before the Second World War - and had a significant impact on the scientific and technical developments of the Third Reich. Until the very end of the war, the Nazi leaders hoped for direct alien help, but they never received it.
Conclusion. This amount of evidence from various sources suggests that the base may still exist. The question remains - who is its inhabitant, and why do they seek to hide their existence so much? It is possible that several races may be present there. Both human and extraterrestrial. Only a highly organized and well-financed expedition can provide answers to these questions. Indeed, until now, the natural conditions and remoteness of the continent have only helped to thicken the curtain over this mystery. What can wait for courageous seekers, perhaps they will be able to discover the nature of more than half of the strange events in our century, or completely confuse this investigation into an irrepressible tangle.
