The story seems to have happened in a small Donbass village …

It began when the newlyweds Galina and Anatoly Zverev decided to live with their own house. But they still did not have funds for their own housing, and the couple rented a room in the house of a lonely mistress. The hostess herself, the elderly aunt Evdokia, turned out to be a friendly woman, although a little strange.

Among her other eccentricities could be attributed an all-consuming passion for poultry: in her farm there were an incredible number of chickens alone. But something else was embarrassing - from the very beginning Evdokia categorically forbade the newlyweds to enter the chicken coop and every evening she checked the strength of the locks on its doors.

And once a neighbor, hiding her eyes, let Galina slip that the young people were in vain, flattered by a cheap price: in the neighborhood, they say, everyone considers Evdokia a witch. And in the chicken coop she has a real, after all, Minsk den. There Evdokia sacrifices chickens - he drinks the blood, and either eats the carcass raw, or burns it and prepares some kind of potion. And in general, she herself is not a person at all, but … a chicken. Shrugging off these nonsense, Galina nevertheless told them to her husband, and the two of them laughed heartily at their superstitious neighbors.

A year later, their daughter Dashutka was born, and Evdokia began to look after the child with suspicious zeal. In Galina's soul jealousy woke up, and once …

“I unclothed Dashutka and suddenly saw that the whole body was painted with some strange hieroglyphs,” the mother still recalls in horror. - I demanded an explanation from Evdokia, and she, embarrassedly muttering something about a possible damage or evil eye, quickly retreated to her half.

Since then, the spouses tried not to let the hostess near the child at all, but she, with constant persistence, was always nearby. Then Galina and Anatoly decided to move out. But they heard in response from Evdokia that she … leaves them a legacy of the house and all her household. Material interest outweighed, and the young agreed to stay.

Six months later, Evdokia suffered a blow. Dying, with disobedient lips she tried to pronounce the name of Dashutka and looked for her with her eyes.

Promotional video:

“After the funeral, I once woke up from the heart-rending scream of my wife,” Anatoly says. - Somehow bringing her to her senses, I heard a terrible story. It turns out that at night she saw Evdokia taking Dashutka out of her bed …

- And more, - adds Galina, - I suddenly clearly saw that the heads of Evdokia and Dashutka in front of my eyes began to become covered with feathers: in the arms of a huge chicken … an owlet was sitting. I screamed and passed out.

Having reassured his wife, Anatoly wrote off everything that happened on shattered nerves. However, the next morning, the couple found several clearly not chicken feathers in the child's crib. And the worst thing is that the girl's body was again covered with strange bloody hieroglyphs. The second night was a match for the first - again feathers and hieroglyphs.

And then the alarmed Anatoly, though not hoping for success, decided to watch the intruder with a camera. The light from the flash was accompanied by a strange explosion - it knocked out all the windows in the house and “turned off” Anatoly himself for a few minutes.

When he woke up, he saw his wife and daughter sleeping peacefully in their beds. And the next morning, the couple found a red birthmark on the daughter's wrist, similar to a burn, which had not been there before. But there were no feathers or hieroglyphs this time.

“We immediately sold this ill-fated house and moved out,” the couple say. - And an amazing thing: the chicken woman no longer bothers us with her appearance …
