Tensegrity is a modern version of the magical passes discovered by the shamans of ancient Mexico. The word Tensegrity seems to me the most suitable name, since it is a combination of two terms - tension (translated from English: tension, stretching) and integrity (translated from English: integrity). These terms refer to the two driving forces behind the magical passes. Movements aimed at tension and relaxation of the tendons and muscles of the body are related to the first part of the term - tension, and the second part - integrity - is associated with the fact that the body begins to be treated as a healthy, complete and perfect whole.
