75 years have passed since the end of the Great Patriotic War. We remember our ancestors, who gave their strength, health and life so that the next generations of not only Russians, but also the generations of most of the peoples of the world could live.
The war unleashed in the interests of the capitalist elite was not worth the shed blood and broken destinies. What have the belligerents achieved? Essentially nothing positive. Yes, the problem with the protracted crisis in the United States (the Great Depression) was resolved, the NATO bloc was formed, the dollar became the world currency, and the Cold War began.
But what did people get? In fact, nothing, everyone remained at their own. Only more problems were added. Rebuild infrastructure, factories, factories and peaceful life.
What would the Soviet Union have achieved if there had not been a war? I suggest you figure it out with me!
1. Population
In the pre-war period, the population of the USSR increased by 3.11% and by 1941 it was 198.7 million people. We will continue the trend to 1991 without taking into account the war, the loss of a healthy population and we will get 918.9 million people. That you will agree is not enough. 2. Level of GDP (Gross Domestic Product)
Considering that production facilities would not have been destroyed, the USSR's GDP would have reached more than 200% of the world average by 1991. and the title of the most productive country in the world would be ours.

3. Medicine and education
The most accessible education and medicine. This is how our country would be characterized. Everyone in the world would strive to become a citizen of the land of the Soviets. Considering healthy men who did not die in the war and restrictions on the distribution of alcoholic beverages, the life expectancy of men would be equal to that of women and would be at least 70 years.

Planned automation would take place and people would not just be thrown out into the street, as it is now, but freed them up time for self-development and guaranteed income. Universal access to education would accelerate scientific and technological progress.
If there was no iron curtain and rejection of the global revolution, the population of the planet would see how good it is in the USSR and gradually abandoned the capitalist formation.
