How to understand when the reflection of his Father - the true Ego - is manifested in a person? Well, clearly not in those moments when the personality is driven by greed, anger, lust or selfish self. It is simply moha (Skt. Ignorance), or avidya (non-knowledge).
The Higher Ego will not help in acts of violence and greed, thinking about ways to get pleasure and looking for recipes for a beautiful life. One should not expect the help of the spirit in such deeds.
When should it be? Then, when thought from a small egoistic "I" begins to ascend to the universal "I", when a person ceases to put his interests above the interests of others, when thinking is directed not at himself, but at helping others.
There is no paradox here, although it may seem to exist. The fact is that in order to think towards the higher Ego, it is required … to grasp the light of this Ego, since any ideas of compassion, love or mercy come exactly from its nature.
It turns out that in order to catch the light of the Higher Ego, it is required to develop the necessary qualities - Buddhist paramitas. But at the same time they cannot be developed without this light, for they are of its nature.
Again, there is no contradiction here.
There is strength that manifests itself in varying degrees. Any person experiencing noble impulses catches the Tabor light. But for one it is the light of a distant star, and for another - the shining of the Sun at a cloudless noon.

The Higher Ego always seeks to shed light on the mind of the personality, to induce it to correct thinking. But human animal nature resists this, because for the animal personality self-sacrifice for the sake of another means the end of existence. The spirit will gather its harvest in heaven, but the body will remain rotting in the earth, and the earthly personality will dissolve in Kama or Vayu Loka (Greek Hades). Therefore, these satellites will never come to terms with the higher Ego, because their interests are opposite, and "they cannot meet together in any way."
There is only one battlefield - the human mind, which is a reflection of the higher mind. The human mind can perceive the Voice of Eternity, which the body and its senses are not capable of: they are too far away from the One Source for all.
It happens that the influence of the Higher Ego increases. Then a person correlates all his actions with him, albeit not always following him completely. The one in whom the influence of the Higher Ego dominates becomes a Saint, and the one in whom the Higher Ego has conquered finally becomes an Adept.
Buddha, for example, is an example of the lifetime of Theophany. In the personality of Siddhartha Gautama, personality and Individuality were inseparable. To put it more simply, after becoming a Buddha, he was no longer a human being, but his own Heavenly Father 24 hours a day.
