A couple of spouses living in the UK claim that there is a doll possessed by unknown spirits in their house, which is able to move around the house by itself and even scratched the head of the family at night.
Debbie Merrick, 50, who lives in King's Lynn, Norfolk with her husband and daughter, bought several dolls at a charity sale. One of them was a female figure in a 19th century dress, according to the Mirror.
Several days later, strange events began to occur in the house, according to Merrick. By itself, the fire alarm was turned off several times, and at night strange steps began to be heard in the rooms, despite the fact that all family members were sleeping at that moment.
Then one day, Debbie's husband, Cameron, woke up in the morning to find strange scratches on his leg, as if made by small, sharp objects.
A woman who has believed in the paranormal since childhood, suspected that it was the dolls she had acquired. She took them to a friend of the medium, who told Merrick that there was "something" in the doll in the dress, and recommended to get rid of it.
Merrick took the doll to the barn and locked it in a box. A few days later, the woman entered the barn, opened the box and found that the doll was in a different position, and the necklace that was on her neck had been removed.
The frightened Englishwoman decided to put the doll up for sale through the eBau online auction. If there are no buyers, Merrick intends to donate it to a thrift store.
According to the woman, it is possible that her recently deceased father is trying to contact her in this way.
