Modern dolls are a product of mass production and therefore, it would seem, should be devoid of magical qualities, but they can sometimes become unsafe in the hands of ill-wishers or out of ignorance. Even children can unwittingly harm others precisely through their dolls.
Usually, children give their dolls different names and begin to communicate with them as if they were familiar people. And most often they call their dolls by the names of friends or relatives. While playing with dolls, they transfer rather strong emotions to them. And if the emotions are negative (the child is angry with the doll, throws it on the floor, imagines that it is sick, etc.), then it is quite likely that a relative may get sick in reality, friends will quarrel with parents, an accident will happen with acquaintances, etc..d. etc. Children have very strong emotions, and unlike adults, they make the objects of their attention (especially dolls in the form of people) almost spiritualized and alive.
