Not so long ago we reported that a man who had lost his memory in an old Soviet police uniform was found in the Course. He did not even remember his name, but said that for some time he was on a small round ship, where unknown creatures communicated with him.
In Saratov, in early October 2013, a policeman also disappeared. According to the local press, the senior investigator of the investigation department of the line police department at the Balashov station, 44-year-old Major Konstantin Ostapenko, who was born in Alma-Ata, Republic of Kazakhstan, disappeared on October 11, 2013.
On the day of his disappearance, at 5.05 am, the man changed into his uniform in his office and went by train to a working meeting in Rtishchevo. However, the policeman did not arrive at his destination.
Ostapenko was found only the day before yesterday. According to the investigator of the Balashovsky MCO Alexander Ermolin, yesterday, October 21, at about 16.00-17.00, the phone of the missing employee started working. Ostapenko's wife received a message on her cell phone, after which the woman immediately called her husband back asking where he was. The major told her that he woke up on the bridge at the Volgograd-1 station and did not remember what had happened to him before.
Ostapenko got to Balashov and talked to the investigator, to whom he explained that on October 11 he got into the railway transport, fell asleep and did not remember any further. The guardian of order does not think that he has become a victim of criminals: with the major, all valuable things remained, up to the official ID. The only thing that has changed in his appearance is a piece of clothing. Uniform trousers and boots were gone - instead of them there were other people's things.
At present, investigative actions are being continued - after the disappearance of the police officer, as is usually the case in such cases, a criminal case was opened under article “murder” (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The necessary examinations have been appointed, the investigation of this strange incident continues.
Meanwhile, a Saratov ufologist comments on the strange incident with the Balashov policeman

The head of the Saratov detachment of the Integral-Kosmopoisk group, Yaroslav Kvitko, commented on the strange incident with Konstantin Ostapenko, the senior investigator of the investigation department of the Balashov police line department. He had two explanations for what happened - the work of some special services and rotational abduction (simply put - abduction by aliens with return). However, he was wary of making "sweeping statements" that Ostapenko could have been kidnapped by aliens.
As a reminder, on October 11, 2013, police major Ostapenko changed into his uniform in his office, got on the train to Rtishchevo to get to a working meeting and disappeared. Only on October 21, his cell phone started working again - the wife of the missing person immediately called him and found out that her husband was on the bridge near the Volgograd-1 station in the neighboring region. How the man got there - he does not remember (as he told the investigator). He also did not find any signs of violence against himself.
The only thing was that his uniform trousers and boots were gone, instead of them there were other people's things. All valuables, up to the service ID, remained with the policeman. The Interdistrict Investigation Department for the Bazarno-Karabulaksky District of the Saratov Region continues to investigate this case.
“Both in Russia and in the world there are many cases when people disappear, and then a certain period of memory disappears. They cannot remember what happened to them a day or a whole week. Perhaps they poured something on him, maybe he was injected somewhere and he had such a long failure.
There is evidence that some federal security services sometimes use such methods - they kidnap people, and then they can wake up 100, 500 kilometers from home, on the street, in some apartment, on a train. This is a rather delicate topic, Kvitko noted.
Also, Yaroslav, developing the idea of a possible rotational abduction, said that they were approached by people who also fell asleep and then came to their senses five or six hours later either in the same place or 20 kilometers from her and did not remember that with they were. “Usually no one believes in abduction by aliens - people always seek to find the most rational explanations, believing that only crazy people can think about aliens,” the ufologist noted.
He also noted that the Balashov policeman, on his way to the working meeting, passed several anomalous zones - this is the Balashov anomaly and some part of the strongest geoactive zone of the Medveditskaya ridge. The researcher could not tell what happens in people in such places, explaining only that people go missing on a regular basis there, some never return either alive or dead.
“I am embarrassed that this person was wearing other people's pants, here, most likely, there is some kind of influence from other people,” Yaroslav said, adding that the aliens could not change the person into other clothes. Also, they could not accidentally, for example, tear their trousers, because in their rather tough research, when "tests are taken of everything that is possible", the aliens are very careful and try not to leave traces.
Yaroslav was very interested in whether there were any cuts, abrasions, scratches or injuries on Ostapenko's skin. Perhaps he has something itches or hurts - this could indicate the implantation of any devices. However, Yaroslav noted that he was 60% sure that the incident with the police major was the work of human hands.
The same version was confirmed by an extrasensory study of a photo of a policeman, which did not show any traces of foreign influence. However, Yaroslav added that if the policeman got on the train not alone, but with a friend or colleague, he would hardly have disappeared - the witness is an obstacle to otherworldly forces. Also, the ufologist noticed that usually in abnormal zones people usually disappear irrevocably.
