The aliens named the date of the Official Extraterrestrial Contact, which the Earthlings chose not to notice. The date was conveyed on July 27, 2011 through a pictograph in one of the wheat fields in Wiltshire, which depicted an alien with a smoking pipe.
In the first part of the decryption, a hidden system revealed in the image was presented, the presence and meaning of which excludes its earthly origin. A hint for the next step of decryption was also found. The words turned out to be a hint: ATTENTION - TIME, CLOCK, suggesting to consider the image of an "alien with a pipe" as a cryptogram of a clock, with the time indicated on it.
How did the next stage of decryption take place to find a certain TIME. (see fig.)
Following the CLOCK hint, a dial was superimposed on the image of the alien with a pipe. The circles around the alien's head occupied exactly half of the dial - its upper part from 9 to 3 o'clock.
The decryption algorithm provides for the analysis of the pictogram and the objects surrounding it on the ground. Therefore, one of the hands of the imaginary clock pointed the direction to the nearby geoglyph of the White Horse. The direction to the White Horse coincided on the dial with the indication at 11 o'clock.
As the second hand of the dial, the image of a "smoking pipe" was taken from the pictogram itself. The tube on the dial indicated the direction between 5 and 6 o'clock.
When following the rule of the Algorithm that the information transmitted by the Aliens is duplicated by Them several times, and that the direction at 5-6 o'clock (5 + 6 = 11) turned out to be 11, it was concluded that the overlay of the clock face and the determination of the time turned out to be correct.
The step of decoding with the imposition of the dial gave the following three elements: White horse and numbers 11, 5-6.

When using the already known method - to analyze the words that are found in the course of decryption and, when using the alphanumeric order of the Russian alphabet to reveal hidden information, a hint for TIME was also found in all three new elements.
- the numeral ELEVEN (142) turned out to be equal to the words TIME COUNT (142),
- the name of the geoglyph CHALK HORSE (177) turned out to be equal to the words DAY - MONTH - YEAR (177), - the number 65 (6 and 5) turned out to be equal to the word TIME (65).
Plus, in addition to detecting the TIME prompt in elements "5-6" and "Chalk horse", duplicate intersections were identified.
- THE CHALK HORSE turned out to be equal to TWENTY EIGHT circles, which are part of the pictogram and surround the head of the alien, - The number 65 turned out to be equal to the word CIRCLES, which indicates that the number 65 from the numbers 5 and 6 was composed correctly.
- cryptographic analysis of the English spelling of the words WHITE KNIGHT (WHITE KNIGHT) revealed in the same language the words TIP, TIME, 11 and 8 (HING, TIME, ELEVEN, EIGHT), which confirmed the correct choice of the White Horse geoglyph as a TIP and determined with the help of it time - 11 hours.
The most informative was the decoding of the numeral ELEVEN (142).
Firstly, it turned out to be equal to the word DECODER (142), which showed the correctness of the pictogram of the Russian alphabet chosen for decoding, its alphanumeric order.
Secondly, it indicated what was hidden in the pictogram behind the ATTENTION prompt - TIME, HOURS.
The numeral ELEVEN (142) turned out to be equal to a direct phrase indicating Extraterrestrial Contact - HOUR OF CONTACT (142).
Following the hint "CHALK HORSE (177), which indicated the DAY, MONTH and YEAR (177) hidden in the icon, the number of the phrase Hour of CONTACT - 142, delayed in the order of days of the solar calendar, showed a coincidence with the DAY and MONTH" 11th August ", or numbers 11.8, which have already been identified in the cryptographic analysis of the words of the geoglyph WHITE KNIGHT (WHITE HORSE).
It remains to determine the year of the Official Extraterrestrial Contact.
YEAR, together with DAY and MONTH, was encrypted in the number of circles located around the head of the alien. (see fig.)
There are 28 circles around the head, 7 rows of 4 in each.
The number 28 turned out to be equal:
- the system number of the icon - 74 (28 = 7 x 4)
- cryptographically linked number 11 (7 + 4 = 7x4)
- record of the year "1999" as 1 + 9 + 9 + 9 (28), - abbreviated notation of the full date of 11.8.1999, as 11.8.99 = 1 + 1 + 8 + 9 + 9 (28), - record of the year "1999" (28), through the phrase - "1999" (74), with a miscalculation through the order of the letters of the Russian alphabet.
A more detailed study of the numerical combination of the "alien with a pipe" icon reveals the numbers 11 and 8: if the alien's head is counted as the 8th additional circle to the 7 circles surrounding it, and each of the eyes in 1 and 1 circle.
Thus, the date "11.8.1999" was encrypted in the pictogram four times, which indicates its actual presence.
Based on the content of all the decoded information and the complexity of the interconnections of its individual parts, we can conclude that the pictogram is of extraterrestrial origin, which proves the existence of Extraterrestrial Worlds and the reality of Their attempts to contact the Earth plane.
Separately, it must be said that the day of the formation of the "alien with a pipe" formation - July 27 (27.7) was also chosen by the Other World for a reason. The number 277 turned out to be equal to the phrase OFFICIAL CONTACT, in addition to the indicated date August 11, 1999.
Purely pragmatically, the date of August 11, 1999 is important for its special calendar moment, from which it was necessary to start jointly preparing to reflect the cosmic asteroid catastrophe.
To the aliens' side, as neighbors in the inhabited outer space, a future catastrophe on Earth will also cause damage, but not comparable to the destruction in earthly space.
Now, at every opportunity, in numerous Crop Circle Messages and UFO sightings, the ETs remind the Earthlings of this date - August 11, 1999, thereby reminding the amount of lost time.
This decryption is another confirmation that the Messages of the "crop circles" and the expectation of the Official Extraterrestrial Contact are addressed to Russia and, directly, to Moscow, which does not react in any way to such Discoveries.
To date, 16 years of time have been lost for cooperation with the Space Community, not to mention the value of these years for Science, human society and for earthly evolution.
It is difficult to imagine, from the point of view of normal rational thinking, how blind and deaf one should be at the state level in relation to this information.
