Name this object caught in the lens of the CCTV camera installed on the house number 7 on the street. Soviet, a ghost in its classical form - a humanoid figure - is impossible.
Experts who have watched the video walking on the Internet call the seen object an orb or plasmoid (a plasma clot, a limited configuration of magnetic fields and plasma), or even find it difficult to characterize it.
But at the same time, everyone agrees on one thing: in the video, where such a mysterious and even inexplicable object is captured, there are no traces of editing. The mystery is made by the fact that the "ghost" flew into the office of Rostelecom.

A fragment of a black-and-white video recording from a surveillance camera, made back in August last year, was published by a resident of our city Anton Kuznetsov, an employee of the Europlaststroy company. The video lasts 5 minutes. 32 seconds, but the most interesting thing in it lasts literally a few seconds. At 2:21 a.m. from the edge of the pedestrian part, about 10 meters from the entrance, as if out of nowhere, a small translucent object with a slightly elongated shape of a light gray shade appears. He crosses the pedestrian area and hides next to the window at the entrance to the building. This happens quite quickly: the object covered a distance of about 4 meters in a second (~ 15 km / h, which is several times higher than the average speed of a pedestrian).
Then a little more than a minute and a half pass, during which nothing happens. Finally, as if examining something, the UFO reappears in the frame at 3:55, but not from the window where it flew, but directly from the main entrance to the building - massive doors. The object has become sharper and less transparent; it has become whiter and its shape is clearly visible, it is a ball, the diameter of which is no more than a meter.
For the first few seconds, he seems to reluctantly swim out of the building, moving straight and crossing the pedestrian part. Closer to its edge, the object begins to move a little faster, to the right and higher, until it disappears behind a brightly lit flowering tree. After that, nothing happens again, only the wind sways the leaves on the tree. After some time, the fragment ends.
At the time of this writing, the video has been viewed almost 6.5 thousand times, and there is no explanation for this phenomenon, which took place in the very center of the city and is associated with one of the most important enterprises in the region. We can only guess what it was, and how often such objects run around our city, clearly sniffing out something.

Judging by the lighting and the absence of cars usually parked at the entrance to this building during working hours, the recording was made at dawn. This means that both the windows and the entrance doors in the building were closed, and in the office itself there was no one except security. The object may have also been caught by cameras installed inside the building.
If we assume that the object is a plasmoid, then it is logical to assume that a tectonic fault is located in the very center of Astrakhan. As you know, this is the name of the zone of discontinuity of the earth's crust, the expansion joint dividing the rock mass into two blocks. Plasmoids are observed just above tectonic faults. But if this object is not a plasmoid, then did it perform a spy function?
