Scientists have long found that stars have been quietly existing in the Universe for 10 billion years, but then they begin to weird in old age, increasing in size along with luminosity hundreds of times. Then the nearest objects begin to fall to the surface, and the scenario of a solar apocalypse begins.
Now none of the experts is able to accurately name the date of the end of the world, but recently for the first time they could observe the death of a celestial body in the deadly embrace of a red giant. Such objects are stars, the mass of which is similar to the Sun. The complete burnout of hydrogen inflates the envelope to colossal dimensions, while increasing the radii. Therefore, after 5 billion years, the star can also turn into such a miracle, absorbing the orbit of the nearest planets together with the Earth. During the study of the constellation Perseus, it was noticed how such a star, located at a distance of 1800 light years, began to devour its offspring. The first victim was a celestial body similar to Mercury, and then the fiery oceans covered the surface of the analogue of Saturn and Jupiter, which at times touched the shell of an angry star.
Such a system clearly showed how worlds can perish in the last stages of their life, but also explains the oddities in the movement of the last planet, which received a strong push and changed its trajectory while its brothers plunged into a hot abyss. The object that survived in this way only hypothetically shows the fate of earthlings, although it does not look like similar analogs of the solar system, because it is 12 times larger than the mass and size of Jupiter. But the very existence near the red giant says that even at such an anomalous temperature, burned planets can continue to exist for billions of years. What can happen to the Earth is still unknown, since it will be located on the border of the safe zone and the source of destruction. Observing other stars, scientists made disappointing conclusions,that in the future it may face other catastrophes, and therefore life forms may disappear long before the cosmic incident.
The dying celestial bodies have not yet given a clear description of the solar end of the world, since the fate of our planet after the death of biological beings has been called into question. Now the media often write about outbreaks and explosions, leading to the release of heat, light and radiation energy. They are often the culprit behind satellite communications failures and are a health threat to astronauts on the ISS. For the first time, the "Carrington Event" was recorded in 1859, when the powerful emissions of the luminary, where the energy was 20 times higher than the norm, exceeded similar events during the fall of a meteorite that killed ancient animals. Several years ago, scientists noticed with the help of Kepler hundreds of objects of this class, producing flares exceeding this event by a million times. This made one think about the latent solar threat, which was confirmed by British colleagues,investigated the processes on KIC 9655129. There were noticed the processes occurring on the Sun, which give rise to plasma streams and lethal radiation, which can be compared with the power of a megaton nuclear bomb.
Japanese experts also supplemented the information by observing the superflares of red dwarfs, which was a complete surprise, since it was previously believed that such small objects were not possible for such events. They created models of all large-scale events of the luminary, while using data from devices tracking systems of dim stars. After the analysis, an unusual theory of their explosions was put forward, according to which the disturbance of the plasma of the nearest planet becomes the culprit of powerful flares. These processes were studied while searching for analogues located in the constellation Cygnus and Lyra. Then 100,000 dwarfs were examined, among which traces of 365 processes were revealed on 148 objects, which lasted up to half a day and increased the brightness of the stars by a third.

The arguments of Western scientists did not convince Russian astronomers who doubted the role of “hot Jupiter” in such an event, because incandescent giants near burning stellar crowns have not been identified, and all of them must have large spots on the surface. This phenomenon rarely occurs in outer space, and a similar outburst may not occur on a luminary that for a billion years has not hinted at an impending disturbance. While scientific minds debate this issue, a serious British journal has published an eschatological sensation regarding the solar apocalypse. After such material, the press and TV began to discuss the death of the planet in 2 billion years, and the cause will be the disappearance of moisture.
British scientist Andrew Rushby managed to calculate the date of extinction of plants and animals on Earth, as well as estimate the chances of biological life forms on the seven nearby exoplanets. With the help of models, it was shown how old celestial objects change, so that humanity has a quarter of the lived period, after which, as a result of the increased activity of the Sun, the water territories of the planet will disappear. Future descendants may build underground shelters or colonize other celestial bodies, and also try to develop a fantastic plan to remove the object from the quirks of the star.
