On March 11, 2017, a group of musicians from Calgary, Canada, traveled to Edmonton, Alberta, to take part in a concert in the central square. Before leaving, they filled their van with gas and drove out of Calgary along Highway 2. The musicians planned to get to Edmonton in 3 hours, since they had already traveled to this city more than once.
Driving on the roads in the north of the province is long and boring. The long, straight highway runs across the wide prairie and seems endless. When the van drove up to the town of Red Deer, which is an hour and a half from Calgary, the musicians noticed that something strange was happening. Their gas tank was nearly empty, and instead of 1 hour and 30 minutes, they drove for two and a half hours.

All the members of the group, who, by the way, are not alcoholics or drug addicts, unanimously swear that this is true, and seem to be really puzzled by what happened.
What logical explanation could be found for this case? The clock was switched to daylight saving time in Canada on March 12, and the musicians hit the road on March 11. Mechanical problems with the car were eliminated as the van was new and worked great before and after the time wasted. In addition, the group made the same journey two weeks later, and everything went well, and the time and fuel were in place.
Many will be skeptical about the version of abduction by aliens or UFOs, but while investigating this story, a fascinating article appeared in the media about a number of mysterious lights that were seen on March 9 in the skies over Edmonton.
