“Several years ago I came across the story of Larisa Solomentseva from Volgograd, who described the events that took place in Stalingrad in the summer of 1944,” says Gennady Belimov, a Volgograd researcher of anomalous phenomena

- Her uncle, then a 12-year-old boy, played hide and seek with friends near the Volga, in the area of old cargo berths. Dilapidated houses stood around, the ground was dug with craters. The teenager ran to hide in the ruins of an old house. Squeezing with difficulty into a crack in the foundation, he found himself in a basement, in one of the walls of which a doorway gaped. The boy stepped into it and entered a dark corridor. After walking along it for several meters, the child saw scattered daylight ahead. The exit turned out to be overgrown with dense bushes. Pushing the branches apart, the child was dumbfounded: there was not a single destroyed house, not a single crater on the shore!

Paddle steamers set off from the pier, horses pulled carts loaded with fish and vegetables up the hill. In the shade of one of them, a man and a woman were dining on the sand. The boy approached them and began to look at the food laid out on a white kerchief. Noticing the child's hungry gaze, the woman gave him half of the dark rye bread and two dried roaches, and the man thrust a coin into his palm. The frightened boy rushed back to the hole, through which he got to Stalingrad in 1944. Only then, looking at the coin, he noticed that it was a brand new penny of 1903! Later I found out that the house into which the child climbed belonged to the Tsaritsyn merchant Goldobin.

Tsaritsinsky Nikola Tesla

In the old Tsaritsyno photographs, the mansion of the merchant Goldobin, which stood not far from the modern Volzhsky Sails, is a huge, gloomy colossus, built at the end of the 19th century on the site of the city cemetery. And Goldobin himself is a most mysterious person. History has not even preserved his name.

“His biography is a blank spot, there is only fragmentary information about him: a rich city dweller who had salt and fish piers, his mansion was called a palace by the tsaritsa,” says Irina Taldykina, head of the regional history department of the Volgograd Regional Museum of Local Lore. - Contemporaries claimed that Goldobin conducted physical experiments, tried to find out the secret of the portal in time. He was called Tsaritsyn Nikola Tesla.

There was a whole network of underground passages under his house. After the revolution, the Chekists settled in a huge mansion. The Bolsheviks adapted the basements for stables, the best rooms for the chancellery, and on the second floor there were prison rooms. The executions were carried out in the yard or on the sand spit opposite the house. Sometimes the Bolsheviks staged executions as entertainment: the hosts and guests sat on the balcony, and the victim was forced to flee, shooting in pursuit. Later, a large crypt was discovered in the basement of the mansion, and three pits with corpses in the ditch.

It's too early for her

Promotional video:

Laura Forysheva from Volgograd recalls how once she also visited a temporary tunnel: “In a dream I found myself in a deep underground, where it was dark, smelly, dirty, hungry people in sweatshirts and greatcoats were sitting. I tried to talk to them, but no one answered me. And suddenly I heard a voice: "It's still early for her, get her out of here." I went into the light and ended up on the banks of the Volga in the area of the destroyed mill. I probably visited the world of the dead. And the place is not accidental: in the area of the panorama, the remains of soldiers and civilians who died during the war still lie underground.

Place of power

- It has been proven that another river flows under the Volga - underground, its course in places coincides with the Volga, and in places it diverges, which creates a powerful flow of energy, - explains psychic Irina Dubrovskaya. - It is believed that the mouth of the Tsaritsa is a place of power, so it is not surprising that the people of Volgograd “fall through” in time. However, the energy lines in the Tsaritsa floodplain are so well located that it is one of the most favorable and positive in Volgograd for life and recreation. The negative information has already been "washed away" here. So the residents of Volzhsky Sails can only be envied.
