American scientists have put an end to the debate about whether Bigfoot exists.

At a press conference earlier this week in Dallas, they presented about 100 pieces of evidence collected over the past five years. Among them are videos on which you can see humanoid creatures and, most importantly, the results of a DNA examination of the alleged Yeti.

Team Leader Dr. Melba Ketchum called the Bigfoot Genome study a "serious study" that proves that the legendary Bigfoot has actually been in the forests of North America for 13,000 years.

“This type belongs to the human hybrid. All DNA test results testify to this. Yeti elude us, therefore, if they can be captured on film, it is almost always only for seconds,”Ketchum quotes ABC News.

She noted that she was initially skeptical about the existence of Bigfoot, so she very carefully controlled the study of the biomaterial. “We found that some samples, such as hair, were unique. In their morphology, they differed from the material of humans or animals. Then we decided to study DNA,”said Ketchum. In total, 111 samples of blood, skin and other types of tissue were analyzed during the study.

In turn, professor at the Department of Anthropology at the University of New York Todd Disothell called the results of the study a fraud. “The scientific substantiation of the results of the DNA examination has not been published anywhere. It looks like a distortion of facts,”the scientist said. According to him, several times experts have announced that the Yeti exists, confirming their words with evidence, but later this information was denied. “This debate will last forever,” the anthropologist concluded.
