For several years now, the search for a mysterious creature - the yeti, which, according to legend, lives in our area, has been continuing in Kuzbass. Scientists, officials and journalists tried to find Bigfoot - all to no avail. But recently, the creature itself came out to people, or rather, to the Tashtagol artist Andrey Lyubchenko.
In an interview with Sibdepo, he spoke about his meeting with Bigfoot.

Andrey, tell us, where did you meet the Bigfoot?
- I live on the outskirts of the city near the taiga. At the end of July, early in the morning, I went into the forest for materials for woodcarving: knots, snags. It happens that you walk through the forest and do not notice how far you have covered. This time it happened, I walked more than six kilometers and came across a clearing. Then I felt a look on me and heard something similar to a dialect, so you can't explain it in words. Then I turned and looked: he was standing and trying to tell me something.
Frightened, probably?
- No, there was no fear. Somehow Bigfoot immediately managed to win me over. Moreover, if I understand that there is a rational being next to me, why should I be afraid of him?

How do you understand that he is intelligent?
- According to his reasoning. We talked with him for a long time - about forty minutes. We sat very close on the grass opposite each other. They did not speak aloud as people, but only telepathically. It took me a while to realize that it was possible to answer him in my thoughts, but then the conversation was a success. Yeti told me that people like him can travel to other worlds.
He also expressed his sadness about some places on Earth where people, by their behavior, worsen the ecological situation. Bigfoot is very worried about the state of the forest around the world. At the end of our conversation, he told me his name out loud, in a low chest voice, he said only one word: "Taban".

What did Taban look like, the way the snowmen were portrayed earlier or otherwise?
- I am inclined to believe that there are different Yeti, and they all differ from each other, but of course, they have similar features. Taban was tall - exactly more than two and a half meters. I can define this because I often make standard shapes out of wood the same height. It was immediately obvious that he was a man - the figure, gestures, behavior spoke of this.
The Yeti's limbs are proportional to that of a human. The muscles are pronounced on the body. His facial features are expressive, I especially remember his eyes - light, human. It was completely covered with a thick brown six, similar to a bear, but much softer. Taban has huge feet - by human standards, his foot size is no less than sixty.
“Do you have any evidence of meeting the yeti?”
- I could not take a photo of Taban, because I did not have a camera or a phone with a camera with me. However, I always carry a pencil with me, and what I can draw on is an artist after all. I drew the Yeti on birch bark and showed him the drawing.
He looked at it very carefully and drew a symbol on the paper. I looked for it in reference books, on the Internet, but I could not find the exact answer. There is a similar symbol of friendship, but I'm not sure about that.

If the snowmen live next to us, why then are they so rarely shown to people?
- I think that they also have their own bosses, which forbids them to do this, or they themselves do not want it. Maybe they are afraid to interfere with our usual way of life. In addition, the snow people do not want to injure the psyche of people. Think it's easy to get through? I am still in shock and cannot believe that this happened to me.
Why do you think Bigfoot chose you for the meeting?
- Probably, it's just a coincidence. Perhaps this was due to the fact that I have always sincerely believed in the existence of the Yeti and many times replayed our meeting in my imagination. Deep down, I dreamed of seeing him, I will not hide, purely out of curiosity.
By the way, I don’t think that I am the only one with whom the Yeti communicated - it’s just that many keep quiet about it. I myself did not want to tell anyone about it, because I was afraid that I would be mistaken for an abnormal. And I am absolutely adequate - not a drug addict, not an alcoholic, an ordinary person.
How has your life changed after communicating with Taban?
- I would not say that there was some kind of revolution in my life. The only thing is that I often began to draw Bigfoot, after meeting with him it happened four times for sure. I used to paint Yeti too, but the paintings were not as realistic as they are now. In general, I am sure that we will meet with Taban again, as my intuition tells me. Somehow I will go to the place where we met for the first time.
