An original hypothesis regarding the nature of the origin of the elusive beast called "Chupacabra" was voiced for days by the researcher of anomalous phenomena Vladimir Litovka, the initiator of the "anomalous" museum in the school of Romny (Sumy region).
The researcher of the Ukrainian manifestation of the "Chupacabra phenomenon" believes that the solution to the phenomenon lies in other unsolved areas of our existence.
"The creature, referred to as the" Chupacabra "phenomenon, penetrates into our world through space-time portals, which are located in the locations of the Scythian burial necropolises," - in all seriousness the researcher offers his version to his colleagues for consideration. - The ancient Scythians, for the burial of their kings, chose special places with strong energy. They believed that only here the dead could get into the afterlife. Since 2009 (in a relatively small area) I have registered about 50 cases of the activity of the Chupacabra phenomenon in such places with strong energy."
The researcher of anomalous phenomena suggests that a powerful Ukrainian space-time portal is located among 80 Scythian earthen barrows of the ancient necropolis. According to him, “every night (for 2 years) from the side of the necropolis (1.7 km), terrible screams of creatures are heard, strange footprints can be found in the snow, and local residents are already accustomed to the anomaly and do not pay any attention to it”.
