Time: end of July 2014, around 1 am.
At the indicated place, at the indicated time, I went out onto the balcony. It's dark outside, everything is as usual. There is practically no street lighting on the back of the house. There is a parking lot in front of the house, all of them are in their usual location. That evening it was not visible due to the summer darkness, but since he himself had parked the car there several times, there is an understanding of how they are located there.
I cast a glance down into the darkness and see the following: an intense glow is observed around the perimeter of two presumably cars that can stand in this parking lot. It looks as if candles are very often set around the perimeter of two cars, such small candles as they usually light in aluminum cups on tables in bars and restaurants.
At the same time, they are clearly blazing, the impression is that they were furnished with two cars on the hood, roof and trunk, and very tightly and set on fire. With all this, there is deathly silence. That is, walking youth is clearly not observed. In general, there is a strange feeling of complete silence on the street, given that the Moscow Ring Road is nearby and it is always clearly audible at any time of the day, 24 hours a day. And here, as in a deep forest.

There was a great desire to go down and understand what was going on there, but the fear of finding myself in a parallel space and not returning, stopped me. As a result, several times I went out to the balcony and observed the same thing. Then I fell asleep on the couch in front of the TV, woke up at about 4 in the morning, and I think I should go to bed in the bedroom.

I immediately remembered about these lights, I thought it was either a dream, or it was a whim, it was already dawn on the street and there was such a predawn twilight, but much brighter than at night, in short it was dawn. I think, let me go out and look down, maybe I was really fancying all this … No, those lights still shone brightly in the deathly silence!
Soon after, we moved to another place, so I did not see any further anomalies, but according to the stories of other people, there is a really mysterious place there!
I am attaching two photos, one during the day at that parking lot, the other that same night, the same angle. The branches of the trees significantly reduce the real brightness of the glow, but at the same time make it clear what was happening there.
