There are face scanning systems at the entrance to schools and factories. The child goes through such a frame and an SMS is sent to the parents that he came to school.

After leaving school, parents receive an SMS about what time the child left school. You can't skip lessons and you can't go in with someone else's pass.

God save me. If such a framework is set in your schools, then run away from these schools. The framework has already been set in many schools in large cities in Russia.

How the total tracking system works in China can be seen in the video clip.

In China, points are scored for good behavior and people are divided into several categories.

There is an aspect to the problem of surveillance and control by digital identification: the compulsion to virtue.

It seems to be good: incentive points are awarded for good behavior, and infringing points for bad behavior.

But what is good and what is bad is determined by the state, a person fulfills these state principles of virtue or vice or evades their fulfillment.

Here's an example. Moved the old woman across the road - well done, incentive points are awarded. But why translated?

It is one thing if you simply felt sorry for an old weak person, this is an impulse of the soul, a personal desire, this is an expression of love for one's neighbor.

I didn't translate - my conscience will bother that I didn't help when I could help. And when you are being judged, for whether or not you have transferred the old woman across the road, there is a completely different attitude: self-interest and fear.

Self-interest - to get encouragement, fear - to get infringement. And instead of a virtuous person, you get a selfish fearful creature who no longer needs conscience, does not need a soul.

His behavior is determined by the state. And by such automated compulsion to virtue, not free, responsible and virtuous citizens are brought up, but cyborgized, limited, soulless executors of state rules.

This system is used to select people who are ready to obey and show loyalty not only to the state but also to business leaders.

You must be an absolutely crystal and pure person. God forbid you to tell a government official something bad or look at your leader with a look that he will not like.

Your rating will immediately drop. You must follow your every word or look and movement. That is, to maintain full control over their actions.

And this is morally difficult.

There is a very strong psychological load and even in social networks you cannot freely express your thoughts and feelings.

You can not write and publish any unnecessary information. Watch your words. Because on the social network there is surveillance and control over your every word and every action.

And this means that you are like an electronic slave and must behave correctly in order for everyone to like it.

That is, you are no longer considered a free person but a slave of electronic surveillance.

And you will have to answer for your every action and word.

In China, there is not just electronics watching every person; there are people who view all this and write down all the information about you.

And you don't even know, maybe in your life a situation may happen that will leave a bad spot on your life.

For which you will be responsible for your whole life. After all, we do not know what can happen to us in the future.

With such surveillance, a person must, from his very birth, be responsible for his every act and every word, regardless of his state of health and mood. It's very hard. Great emotional stress.

Have you ever worked in a job where the bosses monitored your every step and if something was wrong, they took a fine?

Have your colleagues tracked your words and actions and reported you to your superiors?

The purpose of this system is to know everything about people. Literally even about what time they go to the bathroom.

This system does not lead to the observance of laws because it infringes upon the rights of people to freedom of expression of their thoughts and actions, even sometimes in a negative way. But this system was created not to comply with laws, but to spy on people.

Promotional video:

This concentration camp will be even tougher than it is now.

And this system is needed not by the state, but by the owners of transnational corporations who will select employees for their work in the company.

China is the last beast. Moreover, it is fascist China. And control over the movements and behavior of society is just a flower. Berries are control over consciousness and thoughts. Even repentance will be impossible under these conditions.

After all, this system of total surveillance will spread throughout the world.

After all, our government wants to make smart cities in metropolitan areas. What is a smart city is a smart city that will be governed by the Internet and will have face recognition and biometric data of people.

With the help of which they will know all the information about a person, as it is now happening in China. And cameras will be located everywhere. Total surveillance will take place. The system will be the same as in China now.

The social trust rating is a dystopia in action, total surveillance, bonuses for the exemplary and punishment for the disobedient. This system is being implemented with might and main in China.

Most Chinese people look forward to it.

She walks down a city street with her head proudly raised. Fan Dandan is a modern young Chinese woman, a 36-year-old professional marketer with higher education, hardworking, successful, exemplary representative of a new generation of Chinese people.

But her every step, every gesture, the slightest action - all this is monitored and analyzed so that the country's authorities are confident in the trustworthiness of Tandan. The girl is being watched 24 hours a day, and in the space where her life passes, there is not a single dark corner left to hide from the all-seeing eye of video cameras. There are already 200 million of them in the country, including infrared (night vision).

Only Dandan does not want to hide. On the contrary, she believes that it is in her interests to remain in sight and demonstrate her positive qualities with every movement. It is not so unpleasant for a girl to be under constant supervision that because of this she refuse the accompanying bonuses. And they really are.

To some, this may seem like a dystopia. In the television series "Black Mirror" there is an episode where a person's whole life is subject to social rating, which is determined by the likes of other members of society.

“Refugees” from this system, who do not want to submit to the dictates of public opinion, live in a marginal environment, they cannot get a normal job, rent decent housing, etc.

Fantastic? No longer.

Freedom must be earned

The idea is to force members of society to show trustworthiness in all areas: a sharp drop in the score on one point drops the entire rating and affects all areas of life.

The social trust rating is primarily a personal accounting system for 1.4 million Chinese citizens. Each is assigned a profile in the database, which brings together information from all areas - from bank loans and salaries to shopping in stores and intimate life.

Everything is taken into account - from a noisy party that neighbors complained about, to donation (donating blood) and volunteer work. A general assessment scale is accepted (so far, at the pilot stage, the scales are different in different projects - somewhere a maximum of 800 points, somewhere 900, somewhere a thousand).

If a person is caught cheating in an online game, they will be denied access to online games. If a man came up with fables about himself on a dating site, and the woman brought him to clean water at the first meeting, he will no longer be allowed to register on dating sites. If a driver from a system like Uber pestered a passenger, he would be deleted from all such systems.

And vice versa. Highly rated citizens receive the best hotel rooms, access to airport VIP lounges, low interest loans, university admission benefits, sanatorium vouchers, quality healthcare and employment privileges. Fan Dandan is counting on these benefits when he readily surrenders to surveillance.

Those who find themselves on the other end of the rating scale may be deprived of the right to travel abroad, receive loans, study at a university and enter public office. This is just a small part of the list of hardships that await people with a low social trust rating. There are much more sticks than gingerbread.

Digital dictatorship

Citizens are monitored with the latest equipment. It is not in vain that China strives to become one of the world leaders in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. The cameras are equipped with modules for face recognition, body scanning and GPS tracking of people. The republic needs high technologies in order to continuously, efficiently and efficiently analyze video recordings made in the process of monitoring the population. A man cannot do such a task.

Another source of data about people is mobile apps. They collect information about users, which in itself may not contain some kind of sedition, but after analysis it literally "bare" a person. Applications "tell" how he spends time, how much he earns and where he spends money, with whom he communicates, what games and books he likes - and this is only a small, relatively innocent part.

The third data source is traffic analyzers (Wi-Fi sniffer). In the 1990s, it was a favored tool for hackers to snatch usernames and passwords. Then sniffers began to be used for good purposes - to detect computer viruses and various errors.

The specificity of traffic analyzers consists in processing a small (especially by today's standards) amount of information, and practically "manually". So sniffers are used specifically - to search for specific keywords (for example, surnames).

The fourth source of information about people is big data from the archives of state services. The education system, healthcare, civil status records, penalty receipts for traffic violations, police files, bank documents - all this contains a lot of information about each person, which just cannot be processed yet due to the titanic volume and are waiting in the wings. It will come when blockchain technology is powerful enough to become the Big Brother's weapon.

Currently, the social trust rating systems in the provinces of China are at different stages of development. They have been introduced in more than ten major cities of the country. Commercial companies are also working on the project, but all the results of their work are nationalized. Now the program has entered the most difficult stage of its implementation - fine tuning. It is necessary to refine and unify the algorithms, test the quality of the assessment, track and correct errors.

This is a colossal work. But he works wonders - no matter how we treat them. This project is the most ambitious thing that happened in the field of social engineering in the entire history of human existence. If the Chinese social trust rating starts working nationwide, it will cover more than 1 billion people. And it will be the world's first digital dictatorship.
