The first agroglyph, which appeared on the Shrovetide field on April 16, 2017, near the village of Cherhill in the English county of Wiltshire, consists of two circles of different sizes, connected by two straight lines (see the video below).

Conspiracy theorists believe that the drawing by an unknown artist is reminiscent of an upcoming cosmic event, when the Earth, Moon, Sun and Venus line up simultaneously with a total solar eclipse, which will occur on August 21 this year.

Interestingly, crop circle researchers have found exactly the same symbol on the famous 5,000-year-old Cocno stone, which was discovered in 1887 by archaeologist James Harvey on a Scottish farm in West Dunbartonshire.

Hundreds of symbols depicting points, circles, spirals, some of which were connected by lines, were applied on a stone slab measuring 18 by 9 meters. After careful study of the huge artifact, scientists have put forward a lot of hypotheses, one of which suggests that a star map is applied on the stone, which indicates the positions of stars with the orbits of planets.

The circle that appeared on April 16 almost completely coincides with one of the petroglyphs on the Kochno stone. Maybe mysterious postmen leave information in the fields about the location of inhabited planets in the nearest sector of the universe? Who knows …

Similar symbols can be found in other ears of corn around the world. Maybe in the future, archaeologists and experts in deciphering the drawings in the fields can join forces and understand the meaning of the cryptic messages.
