A person who claims to be a "time traveler" born in 2043 reports that the 9/11 disaster in New York was "rigged" to unite the United States. The terrorist act perpetrated by al-Qaeda, which killed almost 3,000 people, marked a turning point in modern history and the beginning of the American "war against global terrorism" around the world.
However, Michael Phillips believes it was all rigged by his fellow time traveler to "unite the country and prevent another civil war in the United States," Apex TV reported.
A man who is able to travel in time as well as in space has returned to the past to warn of some of the events awaiting humanity, including a nuclear war with North Korea, after which, in his opinion, a relatively short-lived, but extremely bloody Third World War.
Speaking in front of the camera, however, with a closed face and an altered voice, Mr. Phillips said that he enlisted in the military at age 18, before joining the SS and becoming a full-fledged time traveler.
He went on to share his opinion that another time traveler orchestrated the September 11, 2001 attack to prevent a second civil war in the United States. On this day, two aircraft hijacked by terrorists crashed into the buildings of the New York World Trade Center, as a result of which the twin towers collapsed, and another plane crashed into the Pentagon building.
Phillips said in an interview with Apex TV: “Another traveler from 2038, I believe, went back in time, and his name is Titor. He arrived in 2000 and, fortunately, prevented another civil war in America, which was to break out in 2008 …
It was decided that America needed an event that would unite the country and prevent a civil war, and that event was the 9/11 terrorist attack … He managed to change the course of time and there was no civil war in 2008.”
However, Michael Phillips did not come to our time only to share this information. He returned in 2018 with the goal of warning humanity about two future wars that will claim millions of lives.

He said: “In 2019, more precisely in March 2019, there will be a limited exchange of nuclear strikes. “North Korea will participate in this clash. They will try to attack Honolulu in Hawaii with nuclear missiles, and then the United States will respond with two nuclear-armed cruise missiles. They will hit Kim Jong-un and destroy the enemy."
Phillips predicts that Kim Jong-un "will no longer be," but a nuclear exchange will turn into a "brutal" World War III.
He said “As a result of these shocks, World War III began in 2020. It was a limited war that luckily only lasted three years. In this world war, China and Russia opposed Britain, America and several other countries. In general, it was a very fast but brutal war. Countless millions of people have been killed."
Phillips is not the only time traveler to use his powers to alert earthlings of future events.
Another, unnamed, time traveler also claimed to have returned from the future to warn us of the coming Apocalypse, in which the human race will fight against an army of robots.
