Eight stingray-like birds hovered over Philadelphia, the most populated city in Pennsylvania, on August 30, 2017.
“I looked out of my third floor window and saw 8 objects moving over the city from west to east,” - at first, a local resident, noticing red tails, mistook them for vultures. "But the birds behaved in a rather unusual way, and it caught my attention."
A few minutes later, as the strange formation approached, he finally realized that they weren't birds.
“They looked very smooth and looked like stingrays or butterflies. From the way they moved, it was clear that they were being controlled. They did not move according to the will of the wind, but constantly changed their height, went down and up, while performing large loops."
While the flock of UFOs continued to fly in the same direction, an eyewitness grabbed his camera and rushed to the roof. And before the objects flew over the nearest house, he managed to get two photographs.
“They flew very low. I was on the roof of the third floor, and they hid behind a building only five stories high,”according to the man, he jumped out of the house onto the street and ran around the entire block, but, unfortunately, could no longer see them.
