A British resident with the initials "SB" reports. According to him, this story began with a half-forgotten memory from childhood, and with the questioning of relatives turned into something ominous.
“I am telling this story with the aim of finding those who have experienced something similar. The story affects me, my younger brother and possibly other people in our family.
I grew up in a former coal mining town in the north of England. This city is located between Newcastle upon Tyne and Durham. This area, by the way, has had its share of UFO activity for many years.
In 1997 I was 9 years old, and my cousin was 8. His family lived on the same street and his brother was just born, whom my mother helped to babysit that day. Together with my mother I went to visit.
It was the most ordinary day. My mother put the baby to bed at about 8 pm and we started watching a movie on TV. Then my father called from my house and asked me to come and fetch something.
I left, and then stayed with my father for about an hour. Then the phone rang. This was my mother. She said that she wanted me to return to her and my cousin, as something incomprehensible had happened to my brother.
Then she asked me to hand over the phone to her father and the father was so excited by her words that he went to the house with me. We found my cousin on the couch in the living room where we had previously watched TV. My brother was shaking all over with fear and was very pale.
My dad asked him what had happened, but he could not speak, he just muttered something incoherent as if delirious. But soon he found the strength to utter the phrase “I don’t want to stay in this house. I want to be with you.

It was decided that he would stay at our house for at least a couple of days. They put him in my room and I remember well that he cried almost all night. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night for the whole family.
Subsequently, my brother never spoke about what happened to him, but he never returned to his home and lived with us all the following years until college. Only when he was 16 years old did he tell me what he saw. We were just left alone in the house, as my parents flew away to rest.
»We were watching TV, and then your mother asked me to go upstairs and check how the baby sleeps there. I climbed the stairs and entered the bedroom. The child turned out to be all right, but then I felt the presence of something else in the room, completely foreign. And it stood behind me.
I didn't see or hear anything, but I felt it, and then there was a sound like Darth Vader's heavy breathing. He walked from the door and when I looked there, I saw a tall, dark figure. A part of his body was illuminated by light through the door crack and a green color was visible.
But most of all I was frightened by his piercing red eyes and he just stood and looked at me with those eyes. Out of extreme fright, I tried to hide behind the closet door, but he still saw me and continued to look.
How long it lasted, I don't know, it felt like a very long time, about twenty minutes. All this time I did not move at all and my arms and legs began to hurt. And then he just disappeared. He disappeared without a trace. Maybe he left through the window, but I no longer heard his breathing."
After that, he ran out of the room screaming and then it turned out that he had been absent for only 2 minutes. His story scared me and made me think.
And then more frightening details emerged. I asked my aunt, my brother’s mother, if there was anything else strange in his childhood. And then she told me another story that she had never told anyone before.
She said that when her son was very young, he fell on the stairs and rolled down. When asked how it happened, he replied with a cry that he had been pushed by "a man with red eyes."
I asked my brother about this story and he confirmed that he had really seen this creature in early childhood. He said that when he fell, he looked at the top of the stairs and saw there a figure who simply stood and looked at him with glowing red eyes.
My brother also said that after that incident in the toddler's bedroom, he often saw the creature in his dreams. One of his dreams was, in particular, this: He is playing with his dog - a Labrador in the evening in his mother's room and then this tall figure walks along a dark corridor past the door of the room.
The dog immediately begins to bark and growl in its direction, but when the brother tries to examine this creature in the dark, he sees only red eyes looking at him.
For several years, my brother and I tried to find an answer to the question of what kind of creature it was. We searched the Internet for similar stories, asked people in different forums, but we never got anywhere."
