Many people consider the amount of time to be constant until they themselves encounter an anomaly of slowing down or stopping completely. Scientists believe that time at some points in the Universe can either be absent altogether or go completely differently, or even go backwards altogether.
But the strangest thing is the slowing down of time, when a person finds himself in some kind of dangerous situation or thinks only about how he could be in time at the appointed time, although logically he cannot make it. There are a lot of similar real stories of people and it looks like mysticism. So is a person capable of slowing down time without realizing it?

It is worth remembering at least how people talk about remembering everything that happened in their entire life if they find themselves in a dangerous situation. But not everyone thinks that this is time dilation. There is a version that the human body reacts very quickly in dangerous situations and begins to think several times faster, but believes that time has slowed down.
Allegedly, it only seems to a person that all life around has practically stopped, but in fact the brain works faster. However, scientists have found that with the help of the gravitational field, you can practically stop time, but this requires black holes nearby. But maybe scientists have not yet figured out other ways and they will appear in the future, but for now we are left to wonder whether time can stop or go backwards.
