Each religious and philosophical tradition has its own description of God and the structure of the universe. No matter how outwardly different the teachings may seem, they agree that God is the trinity of three great states: the manifested God (the material world), the unmanifest God (subtle invisible planes of existence) and the transcendental God. In other words, it is an unknowable part of the Creator that transcends both the material and non-material world. In Christianity, this unity of God is formulated as follows: God is the Father, God is the Son, God is the Holy Spirit.
Our ancestors, who lived on the territory of Russia, also had similar views. Only the description of God was expressed in the words “I am God”, “I am in God” and “I am the servant of God”. Each person, by the right of his existence, can receive divine grace from the Holy Trinity, connecting with it or, as the esotericists would say, connecting to its egregor. This power must first of all be directed to the disclosure of your soul and potential hidden in the inner world of a person.
A special exercise will help to touch the divine energy. Closing your eyes and relaxing, you need to imagine that the outer border of the aura is located a meter above the top of your head. For most people, this is where energy-informational “dirt” accumulates in large quantities. It clogs the energy channels through which the force of the cosmos penetrates the body. These channels need to be cleaned.
For cleansing, one should use a mental “hand” to rub the aura above the head, removing all plugs and barriers that hinder the free flow of energy. When this is accomplished, it should feel like waves of pure light freely penetrate the crown of the head and spread unhindered throughout the cells of the body.
Next, you need to calm your thoughts and imagine a wide, solid road in front of you. After mentally walking along it for some time, you need to turn onto a thin path and move along it until something blocks your further path. This border must be overcome by a mental "dive" as if you were submerged under water.
Behind this obstacle divine energy is revealed, with which one must try to connect. To do this, one should mentally pronounce the Trinity formula and listen to inner sensations. One of the three parts must resonate in the soul. It may be - "I am in God", or perhaps a person realizes himself as a collaborator of God, realizing His plan on the physical plane.
Having whispered the formula several times, you can feel a very subtle light pouring out from the space of other worlds. It, like X-rays, blurs all blocks in the body and aura, restoring the balance between the psyche and the energy of the body. If this practice is done after awakening, then the energy of the Trinity will help protect a person from any magical attacks, from emotional manipulation and other troubles.
