The concept of karma, which came to us from Hinduism, is now widely used all over the world when it comes to life patterns. In short, karma is the cause-and-effect law of the Universe, according to which all human actions - good and bad, sinful and righteous - shape his destiny in the cycle of reincarnation.

ABOUT PREFERENCE

In Buddhism and most branches of Hinduism, it is believed that a person is fully responsible for any of his actions. If not in the current incarnation, then in the future. But karmic retribution is not an elementary dependence of an act and reward, “crime” and “punishment”. And not every good or negative action affects the fate of a person in his next life: it can be neutralized by other thoughts and actions.

Therefore, the will, moral choice and personal responsibility of any of us are equivalent to the power of predestination. Buddha emphasized that, despite the impossibility of changing the past, the present is a space of free will, where a person is able to adjust his future, guided by the rule: "You reap what you sow in the present."

HEALING IS POSSIBLE

Esotericists distinguish individual, tribal, national, racial karma, etc. And to a certain extent they affect the fate of a person, weakening the action of karmic laws. In some traditions, the guru can free his disciple from the pressure of negative karma (at least partially) by taking its burden on himself. A good bioenergy therapist, working with individual or ancestral karma, is able to significantly change the scale of the problems "assigned" to a person by fate. For example, if a woman is doomed to loneliness, correction can be made, and she will eventually find a family, but not in her youth, but a little later. If someone is destined to lose property in a fire, then as a result of the work of a specialist, not an apartment will burn, but only an iron. In the same way, for a professional, it is realistic to replace a severe injury written in the family with a lighter one - a bruise or a bruise.

But the correction will be successful only on the condition that the person himself does not burden his karma with new misdeeds, he engages in cleansing, which will allow to some extent (and in some cases almost completely) get rid of the burden of past incarnations.

In fact, the idea of liberation from negative karma is close to the idea of a person's spiritual self-development, his desire for self-improvement, transition to a higher spiritual level due to a change in attitude towards oneself, the world, circumstances, and others.

Gradually freeing himself from addictions, passions and selfish intentions, changing his behavior (it is important not to offend others, not to give empty promises, not to betray and not hurt anyone), a person finds himself on a fundamentally new level: his life is harmonized, his psyche and health come into balance, dependence on the reaction of surrounding and external circumstances decreases. And then, immersed in a state of peace of mind, he gradually gets out of the action of the karmic law.

To take the first step, it is enough to make quite a bit of effort: get rid of the stereotype "tit for tat", that is, stop responding with evil to evil, intentional or involuntary, learn to extinguish in yourself the impulses of revenge, envy, greed, because not only words and deeds, but even emotions affect karma. And to begin with, you can simply set yourself the goal of doing at least one kind, selfless act a day.

At the same time, one should not painfully reflect, trying to understand how to get rid of the burden of the past better and faster. A calm, even light attitude to karma, together with a sincere belief in the justice of the Higher Forces, will help much more than dull self-delusion and endless complication of the situation. Remember: any life problem always comes with different solutions. So do not torment yourself with thoughts of everyday hardships, the vicissitudes of fate, and even more so that nothing can be fixed.
