Three passenger planes came close to colliding with a UFO over the headquarters of British Scientologists.
The liner pilots observed "two flat, silver discs," as if they were lined up for a landing at Gatwick Airport - and objects flying a hundred feet away. Air Traffic Control personnel reported seeing a total of six UFOs on their radar before they suddenly disappeared.
Interestingly, it was previously reported that Scientologists carved a message for aliens in the hills in New Mexico, USA. Followers of the cult believe that aliens are inhabiting human bodies.
Former UFO researcher Nick Pope calls the UK sightings “spectacular,” adding: “Level 1 evidence. The witnesses are experienced pilots and there is evidence from radar that bolsters the factual basis of history."
The UK Airprox Advisory Board was unable to provide an explanation for the event. Did the organization report yesterday that the Boeing 777 pilot raised the alarm at 8:53 am? after identifying "two flat silver discs."
A few minutes later Boeing 767 and Airbus 319 saw the same saucers. 777 Crew members said they looked "artificial" and "toy".
Researchers believe, among other things, that they were balloons or kites. But Mr. Pope added: "None of the theories hold up."
Airprox Council classified the event as a Level D meeting - meaning it was inexplicable.
