The dogu statuettes, which are about 5 millennia old, can be considered a classic example of paleoufological investigation. They were found during excavations in the Land of the Rising Sun. In 1964 and 1990, NASA specialists analyzed these statuettes, in the conclusion of which it was shown that "the dogu actually look like an image of a person or a humanoid creature in clothing, suspiciously resembling a space suit." For the first time such an assumption was made back in the 50s by the Russian engineer and science fiction writer Alexander Petrovich KAZANTSEV, who, to some extent, can be considered the father of paleouphology. For the first time he thought about the problem of visiting the Earth by aliens from Space while working on the secret of the explosion of the Tunguska meteorite. Thus was born his famous story "Explosion" about a catastrophe in the past over the taiga of an alien nuclear ship, and then the novel "The Burning Island". Further studies followed, as a result of which Kazantsev was more and more affirmed in the thought: "In ancient times, the Earth was visited by aliens from other planets."
In our country, the writer's work was treated with interest, so much so that after the "Explosion", dozens of expeditions were sent to Podkamennaya Tunguska to look for the wreckage of the starship, including the General Designer Korolev. The Swiss Erich von DENIKEN, having read the works of Kazantsev, became really interested in the problem and for several years traveled half of the planet in search of traces of paleocontact. Daniken's archaeological finds became famous all over the world, but the most famous was his almost scandalous (and not always, unfortunately, proving) film and the book "Memories of the Future".
Daniken took it as a working hypothesis that a few thousand years ago astronauts from alien planets visited our planet. A large number of them keep secrets that are too tough for scientists so far. Drawings on the walls of the Kohistan caves show the viewer the starry sky. Strange things are described by another, even older, literary source - the Bible (Old Testament). The descriptions of how God himself or his angels with a big roar and in thick clouds of smoke descend from the sky are very impressive. One of these incidents is described by the prophet Ezekiel:

A huge number of myths, legends and traditions have not yet been deciphered. No one excludes the possibility that most of them will sooner or later receive a completely trivial explanation without attracting aliens from outer space. This is primarily due to the fact that lately scientists are more and more inclined to think that they previously underestimated the knowledge and technology of our ancestors. But where did you get this knowledge (in many respects still not surpassed) - from other cosmic or from dead earthly civilizations?
